Pagosa Mountain Views is a truly unique experience. The house itself is all that you would be looking for; its many features include a modern kitchen, modern bathrooms, and the beds (I have slept in all of them at different times over the years) are very comfortable. The views of Pagosa Peak from the living room are spectacular. The sunsets from the wrap around deck are amazing - have your camera or iPhone at the ready! The theatre/game room downstairs with all the entertainment possibilities will keep your group entertained. In sum, you will enjoy PMV - we have for 20 years.The Brays from Sugar Land, Texas.

This is our 7th stay at Pagosa Mountain View’s, and we’ve booked again for next year! Julie and Mark are wonderful hosts. The house is amazing with awesome sunrise and sunsets. We appreciate the game room for family fun nights as well as the ability to have our own space.The grandkids have the best time playing outdoors and watching the critters.

Beautiful views and a clean and well appointed home. The kitchen was very well stocked and outdoor and indoor seating was plentiful. Plenty of games provided. Beds were comfortable. The house gets very warm mid-afternoon (no AC) but there were fans so we managed. The lower level was cooler. Would consider staying here again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Pagosa Springs. One of our favorite parts was spending time together outdoors together. We loved relaxing on the swings, sitting outside, and enjoying the mountain views. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The orchids were a special touch, as well as the amazing animal carvings throughout the house. We highly recommend it and would love to return in the future.

Great place to stay! Lots of space. FULLY stocked; more than any other property I’ve rented. The location was perfect and quiet. Owner was very easy to work with and extremely prompt answering questions. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs entertainment room, plus the closet full of games during our downtime. Gorgeous sunset views.

The view from this beautiful home was amazing, pictures just don't reflect how captivating it really is. The house has everything you can think of, plenty of beds, abuntantly equipped kitchen, garage, two very large dining tables, etc. We spent 5 nights there over spring break with 5 teenage boys who all agreed the gameroom was 'legit'! It was nice for them to have their own space. We spent 4 days skiing at Wolfcreek which is a beautiful drive minus the spring break traffic. It was our first visit to Pagosa Springs and the only thing we would do differently is stay longer. We'll definitely book this home for our next visit!

Always a pleasure staying at this property! Julie and Mark are wonderful hosts. We had some personal complications with our plans this summer and they were so accommodating. The location is excellent and peaceful atmosphere makes our vacations relaxing. We have stayed at this house many times and have already booked for next summer.
