The apartment is located in a built in 2000 family house on the outskirts of Fischbachau / Hammer in a quiet location. The apartment has its own small garden with barbecue, south-west facing terrace and east-facing balcony. 

Apartment Limbrunner:
The apartment is furnished in a cozy country house style. The rooms are spread over three floors, connected by a spiral staircase: on the ground floor is the kitchen with corner sofa and dining area (flooring: tiles and carpet); on the first floor a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (floor covering: carpet) and the bathroom (shower / WC). In the basement there is the second bedroom with double bed - no separate toilet (Bodebelag: wood). Note for occupancy of 4 adults: the upper bedroom must be entered to reach the bathroom!
