Es war einfach alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben noch selten so gut geschlafen wie hier. Zwei kleine Wermutstropfen gibt es jedoch. Das viel zu kleine Waschbecken im Bad und nur eine Toilette!Aber für uns war das kein Problem

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, besonders die der Küche. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut verdunkeln. Die Oberbetten sind für große Menschen etwas kurz, aber dennoch 5 Punkte, zumal uns der Vermieter sofort zusätzliche Decken zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung gerne wieder nehmen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und die Lage ist gut und sehr ruhig. Der See ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Bahnhof ist ganz in der Nähe.Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Tegernsee ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Eine tolle Gegend zum Entspannen. Wir hatten supernette Gastgeber, die uns auch bei Ausflugstipps weitergeholfen haben. Daher können wir Sie auch nur weiterempfehlen. Bei der Unterkunft, gibt es nur Kleinigkeiten die man ändern könnte. z.B. ein zweiter Satz Geschirr und Besteck. Damit man nicht ständig den Geschirrspüler abmachen muss. Ansonsten gibt's aber nix zu meckern. Sollten wir nochmals Urlaub in Gmund machen, würden wir auch wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Eine wunderschöne Zeit

Wir haben als kleine Familie ein paar Tage am Tegernsee verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer angenehm ruhigen Nebenstraße und doch sehr zentral und nur einige Fußminuten zum Tegernsee. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet; alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles Nötige war vorhanden, fast wie zu Hause. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir verbrachten dort sehr erholsame und schöne Urlaubstage.

Toller Aufenthalt in Gmund

In der geräumigen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Christoph und Birgit haben uns herzlich empfangen und standen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn Fragen auftauchen aufkamen. Sie haben uns auch tolle Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps gegeben.

Perfekte Auszeit

Unsere Auszeit in dieser Ferienwohnung war einfach perfekt.Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende dort verbracht und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich wir hätten gerne noch länger geblieben! Große Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir sind um den See gewandert und brauchten für 2 Nächte eine ordentliche Unterkunft. Mit der Wohnung haben wir eine solche gefunden. Der Gastgeber hat uns freundlich und sympathisch beraten und geholfen. Die Zimmer sind wirklich groß und das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Geräumige, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr schönes Wohn-/Esszimmer und sogar Hochstuhl & Kinderreisebett gab es für unseren kleinen Sohn. Parkplatz direkt vor der Ferienwohnung und sehr nette, freundliche Vermieter.
