A fantastic experience!

I just returned from a wonderful month at Laura’s property! The apartment was exactly as pictured, was spotless, with brand new appliances and very large rooms. The neighborhood was lovely and I enjoyed walks there every morning. I felt very safe there. I would highly recommend you consider renting this property!

Very limited kitchen supplies. Bare minimum. No coffee filters, no basic spices, only half a roll of toilet paper, very few dishes and cooking utensils. The place is in a nice neighborhood

Cute but needs work

The place was somewhat clean and it was cute, however, the bed was extremely hard and not enough towels were offered. The bathroom curtain was full of mold and there smell of the place evoked a sense of humidity . I believe the owner could put some more effort into making it more accommodating and pleasant.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that five towels that we have left for one adult staying for three nights was not enough for you, especially since you did have an Easter and dryer in the unit. We would have gladly brought more towels if you have requested them. I am also sorry about the shower curtain that was definitely an oversight on our end and cleaning crew have been notified and reprimanded, they will be more carful next time. As far as the smell we haven’t been able to detect any odor you have referred to. The beds are medium to firm since most people do not like soft beds, unfortunately we cannot change beds for every guests preference. Thank you again for your feedback.

Will Stay Again, no doubts

I grew up in this part of town just down the road on 13th and 2nd so I kinda knew what to expect in the housing around the area. I was a bit skeptical at first but I had no problem giving the benefit of the doubt. This place is everything the images show it to be. It was very clean and everything we needed for the kitchen was there. The restroom worked 100% no clogs no water back ups. There was a washing machine and dryer combo as well. This place sits in a perfect spot for accessing Delray Beach. The beach is a 5 min drive down the road, is just minutes away from Atlantic Ave. In short I am more than pleased with the rental, and the price I felt was fair in a nice quite little spot. I do recommend this rental and location to enjoy a stay in Delray Beach Fl. I will be renting this place again

Pet Friendly, Clean and Minimalist

We appreciated the well kept landscaping in the front yard, the appliances including the washer/dryer, and the proximity to La Hacienda Park and nearby neighborhood walks. We would have welcomed more lighting, especially in the dining table area. The property manager was very responsive, but it took several days to fix a drip in the tub due to the plumber having difficulty getting parts.

Excellent location for what we needed

We were visiting for a family evebt. For us it was pwerfectly located between he homes of famuly in the area. In genetal it was close to everything., shopping, the beach, downtown DelRay.
