This NY inspired apartment has the location of your dreams! 20 min train ride to NYC!!! Located on the Ironbound section of Newark where you will feel welcome and have a delightful restaurant experience! A short walk to Prudential Center & NJPAC .

Spacious and comfortable ! Everything you`ll need for your stay. Next to NYC. Entire apartment available for the guest.

Apartment accessible only by stairs, we do not have elevators

Self check in with smart locks. Check in instructions will be send at the day of check in by 2:00pm via app.

We`re always working to better assist you and communication is important to us! Better timer to contact us - 8am - 8pm. Please prefer to send a message before call, that help us to get prepared to assist you with the correct information.

Newark is the biggest city in New Jersey. At just eight miles from the Big Apple, we are located in Irounbound section. The Irounbound district alone has nearly 200 restaurants offering foods such as Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian, barbecue, sushi and new American dishes. We are located right across Newark Penn Station, where you can easily access busses, taxi, trains and the majors Airports. Don`t forget to plan a visit to Prudential Center during your stay ! You`ll have so much fun joining a Hockey game, concerts and other activities.

4 - We are pet friendly and always love to welcome you! We kindly ask that all pets be declared at the time of booking. A pet fee may apply to cover a more thorough cleaning after check-out.

5 - Please be aware that access to the apartment is only via stairs. Thank you for your understanding.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip. Everything was well organized and the instructions were clear, which made check-in and check-out very easy. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and the unit was exactly what we needed. The location was great, just steps away from Newark Penn Station. We also enjoyed the bakery and fresh food market that we were able to walk to.

Our stay was perfect for what we needed. The Prudence center was a short walk, there were lots of food/drink options, and the apartment was close to the airport. There were a perfect amount of beds that were comfy. The living room was also an awesome spot to hang at the end of the night. Unfortunately it was a bit rainy, otherwise we would have also enjoyed the balcony. It is a bit noisy at night, especially on the weekend so I recommend bringing noise canceling headphones/earbuds.

When you staying at the property in couple weeks back. The apartments has a very good layout. Nice terrace outside . One of the best things it has. It's that it's really close to New Jersey Penn station. I'm going to meet it really easy for us to enjoy our time in New York City .

We had a wonderful time in New York with an easy commute from Newark Penn, which is just on the other side the road. Saving money on hotels in Manhattan etc and spending a bit more on transportation was the better choice for us, as were travelling in a group of 6.Regarding the owner and the property: Simply awesome! The communication was fast, always welcoming and warm and incredibly helpful. They were so attentive and cared about the kids. It was Easter, so there were little gifts in the staircase.Checking in was easy and the apartment was well equipped and clean!Thanks a lot for the good time!!!

The best stay in Newark! Apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. It being July, we had a small issue with the A/C but hosts sent someone straight away after hours and checked in frequently after all was fixed. So many things to do & see, great restaurants & shops within walking distance. Most convenient to Penn Station trains to NYC. We will be back to stay again & see our Jersey friends that live close by!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the apt. It was very clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of room. We stayed for 5 days and didn't have any issues. The ac/heat worked great, there was plenty of hot water and it was very comfy. The closeness to NJ Penn made travel to NYC so easy. Having three restaurants right there helped with grabbing a quick meal as well. I would highly recommend. The only suggestion I think I would have is ice in the freezer.

We brought our three daughters to spend a couple days before Christmas in NYC. This property was perfectly convenient. We took the Amtrak and could walk across the street to Penn station. I would do this again!!!

Great lovation

Super clean and cute VRBO located a block away from Newark Penn Station. Beds were super comfy as well! Fun little bar right next door for those evenings that you just want to stay in. Lots of different options of transportation into NYC, you just need to spend the time figuring all of that out ahead of time. My advice, take the PATH train to the World Trade Center, then hop on a subway to wherever you want to go in NYC. Have fun!!!
