Great place, plenty of room. Excellent kitchen. Ideal location, can hike to Mill Creek from the house. Second time we’ve stayed here, we plan on returning as often as we can. Preston was great to work with.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to having you again!
The house was very nice. Lots of room and nice furnishings. The property is outside of Moab, but not too far. Would recommend and will stay again when we come back to Moab. Preston was easy to communicate with.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to having you again
We've rented this house twice now. It is comfortable, clean and has a good location. Perfect for our group of guys since each bedroom has its own bathroom + a half bath on the main level. Great views from the deck/patio.
Check was easy and straight forward. House is very well appointed with everything you could ask for. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend.
Perfect house and property for our group of 7 adults. Loved the location as well. House had everything we needed and they layout is wonderful for a group. As the group cook, I really appreciate a nice room on the main level to start breakfast without everyone being woken up. The giant dining table was a really wonderful touch, we ended up sitting around it for hours every evening chatting about our day. The nice big island in the kitchen made it so easy to prep meals.
We were here in Moab for our daughters wedding at Arches National Park, so this was a perfect location and was large enough for our accommodation of 13 guests! If we needed anything they responded quickly and accommodated us as best as they could. The temperature was in the low 100’s so the air conditioner struggled a little but was still comfortable in the house. We would definitely recommend your stay here as we will hopefully be able to return for a visit ourselves!
Overall this is a very nice home. Very spacious, creatively and nicely decorated, comfortable. Plenty of parking for our vehicles and trailers. The on-site tenant/caretaker were friendly and helpful. Our only minor dissatisfaction was the towels, which were rough and stiff (not sure if they were line dried, or are just old, or need some fabric softener). But again, overall we were quite satisfied and would probably stay again.
Well equipped home that is great for multiple families. Large great room was a perfect gathering place and the dining room table fit all 10 of us with room for more. All four bedrooms were spacious and had their own private bath. The kids loved the loft area above the great room where they could watch movies and hang out. Plenty of space for gathering together or for having some private time. The gas fireplace was lovely for our winter stay. Probably the best rental property for multiple families that I’ve stayed in.

convenient to Arches, beautiful house, some issues
Overall, the house is beautiful: clean and with a terrific layout. However, there was one big issue, and some lesser ones. The hot water heater was not working properly. We accepted that this happens sometimes, but we knew from other reviews that this had been going on for at least several weeks already, and, frustratingly, the management was evasive about the problem. When we arrived, we were told that they were waiting for a part, it would be fixed soon, etc., what to do if it beeps, etc., but every indication they gave was that it was a sometimes issue that shouldn't bother us much. In reality, the igniter was failing to a point where anytime anyone opened a hot water tap, there would be an error, leading to loud beeping in the bedrooms adjacent to the heater (= lost sleep), regardless of the time of day or night (and, of course, no hot water). After the first few days of cold showers, we figured out some ways of dealing with it (after fifteen minutes of restarts, the igniter would usually function, so the key was to make sure it didn't turn off again until you were done), but it was an annoyance. Worst of all though was that the management wasn't forthcoming about the issue and how to work around it to make ourselves as comfortable as possible. The other negatives were: 1-all of the outdoor space is surrounded by what appear to be construction sites for other homes being built on the same property, so the outdoor space was not pleasant (no activity, just an eyesore); 2-the myriad signs reminding us that we would be charged if we don't obey this or that rule just radiated an unwelcoming vibe; and 3- the quirky stall type doors on two of the en suite toilet areas made for a bit of awkwardness. Bottom line: if outdoor space is not a priority for you, and they fix the hot water system, this would be a lovely place to stay in Moab.
Beautiful Views, Nice Location, Clean and Comfortable
The views were beautiful from the porch. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets each day. The home was roomy, clean, and had the typical necessarily to cook, bbq.
Beautiful views, en-suite bathroom in all 4 bedrooms, plus a half bath, huge kitchen and living area. Perfect for our vacation.
Air conditioner went out on last day. Multiple calls and text to the property manager produced no results. Seems like they were closed and had no alternate number. Luckily it was cool in the basement and the ceiling fans helped.
House is spacious.....was perfect for our group of 13. Very clean and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds, nice appliances for cooking and laundry. It was nice to have more than one living area so the group could split up. We felt like the owners had reasonable requirements..... basically stay off the fragile landscaping and wash your dishes and put them away before you leave. Some places are overrun with rules and things to remember, but this one was not. Everyone in our group was happy with the stay!
