From checking in to overall stay. Property is cleaned Newly renovated ! Any issues were taken care of right away!

Unacceptable

Unnecessary frustration after close to 8000.00 US dollars for 34 nights. Unfortunately, villa not equipped as expected, missing kitchen things for cooking and daily function upon arrival. No screens in villa living area. Took a tremendous amount of time to make any corrections needed. Air condition needed for entire stay. Washer/dryer not functioning correctly. Villa needs to be tweaked out. VRBO response great, property manager slow to respond and correct needs, finally able to correspond with owner which helped but still no screen for living area 5 weeks later and brand-new washer dryer still violently vibrating.
