Awesome stay

Property is in the perfect location. It is centrally located in St. Petersburg so that you can easily get to downtown, the beaches or Gulfport. 10/15 minute drive to any of those locations. The house was as described and the owner is on site some of the time and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. We spent 6 weeks there and would definitely go back.

This home was the perfect place for us after our home was damaged by a hurricane. It was warm, welcoming, and just what we needed. Mark is the best host. Welcoming, helpful, quick to respond. The house was exactly as described, a charming bungalow in a nice neighborhood. On site parking was a plus. Shopping of all kinds was within a mile of this location. And for me, it was only 5 minutes to my grandkids. Highly recommend this property and Mark

Loved Disston Heights.

Loved the location. Close to downtown where I was working and also just a short ride to the beach. St. Pete is wonderful and the location and cleanliness of this property were equally wonderful.

Exceptional accommodations, every amenity, spotless, amazing.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The property is exceptional. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we awoke to the cooing of morning doves every day. The property has every amenity you could need, AND they're all brand new and fully functional. The owner was readily accessible and returned messages in what seemed like moments. So affordable, and if we ever return to the area, we will seek this wonderful home out!
