This is truly a unique and special property providing incredible value . One of the most beautiful views in a spectacular setting hidden away in the Tuscan hills above Panzano. A perfect location for day trips to vinyards, restaurants and the Chianti area. Our apartment was extremely well appointed and beautifully decorated. Spacious and varied outdoor sitting areas and patios with a very nice pool area. Our hostess Babette was extremely accomodating and informative which added to our overall enjoyment during our stay. Truly a 5 star property and one of the best we have ever stayed at anywhere.

Tolle 2 Wochen

Wir hatten einen guten Austausch mit der Gastgeberin. Babette war wirklich sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen und hat auf Fragen oder Problemchen sofort reagiert und Lösungen geschaffen. Wir haben uns abseits vom Trubel sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ort liegt ideal, um viele der Ziele in der Toskana gut zu erreichen. Auch da haben wir gute Tipps von der Gastgeberin bekomnen. Es war leider extrem heiss, als wir dort waren, sodass auch die Ventilatoren im Haus kaum gegen die Hitze angekommen sind. Das machte das Schlafen nachts etwas beschwerlich. Deshalb war die Terrasse mit tollen Blick auf Greve auch nur gegen Abend zu nutzen, da die Sonne tagsüber voll drauf gehalten hat und es einfach zu heiss gewesen wäre. Gestört haben uns die aggressiven Mücken, die trotz vieler Vorkehrungen von Babette und Mückenspray noch ihren Weg ins Haus gefunden haben. Wir waren sehr zerstochen. Aber dafür können die Gastgeber nichts. Super wäre gewesen, wenn noch mehr Stauraum für Kleidung vor Ort gewesen wäre, wie zum Beispiel eine Kommode ergänzend zum Schrank. Es gab regelmäßig frische Handtücher und viele liebevolle Details im Haus. Auch zum Kochen war alles vorhanden und einen grossen Lebensmittelladen in Greve, der viel Auswahl hat. Deshalb hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und können das Haus empfehlen.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung Casa Arco verbracht. Die Gastgeberin Babette war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns spontan von der gebuchten Wohnung Torretta in die größere Wohnung Casa Arco umbuchen lassen.

Toskana mit Hinternissen

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich 5Km von Greve entfernt, letzte 2Km nur Schotterpiste, war so nicht angegeben. Der Ausblick nach Greve ist traumhaft, aber der Terassenbereich war teilweise schmutzig und das ganze Flair nicht ansprechend. Die Küche und das Bad sind verschlissen, Ecken schmutzig, Geräte funktionieren teilweise nicht, Heizung verrostet. Keine Fliegengitter im Küchen- und Wohnbereich, obwohl massenhaft Mücken schwirren. Für uns sehr enttäuschend.

Greve in Chianti

Wir haben mit dieser Wohnung einen Volltreffer gelandet, sowohl was die Einrichtung betrifft als auch die Umgebung. Das war wohlfühlen vom ersten Tag an, auch dank der sehr netten Vermieterin. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind dort wunderschön und wir konnten sie von der eigenen Terrasse geniessen. Die Umgebung haben wir mit dem Auto erkundet. Siena und Florenz sind von dort super zu erreichen. Allerdings gibt es in der Nähe viele kleine Orte und Städtchen die auch erkundet werden wollen. Es war der erste Toskana Urlaub, aber sicher nicht der letzte. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Der Abschied ist uns wirklich schwergefallen. Gruss auch an Othello!

Wir hatten unsere 10 Tage sehr genossen, es war eine wunderschöne Wohnung, eine liebe Vermieterin Babette, die sich um alles kümmert. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem Berg, es muss bei Ausflügen stets die Fahrt ins Tal und wieder hoch in Kauf genommen werden. Wir waren von oben ab Mountainbiken und es war toll.. nur die lästigen Stechmücken, aber die mussten wir in Kauf nehmen.. Alles in allem hatten wir unsere Tage sehr genossen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.. Auch Ausflüge nach Flirenz , Siena, Pisa wurden unternommen..

Eine unvergessliche Woche

Ein hübsches Häuschen mit großer Sonnenterrasse und tollem Blick in die traumhafte Landschaft. Man schaut genau in Richtung Westen und kann wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Danach funkelt Florenz in der Ferne. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr kleinen Streusiedlung, oben auf einem Berg, umgeben von Weinstöcken und Olivenbäumen. Bis in den hübschen Ort Greve in Chianti sind es ca. 4-5 km. Babette ist eine großartige Gastgeberin - witzig, charmant und sehr fürsorglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! BoHei

Ferienwohnung mit bezaubernder Atmosphäre

Die TORRETTA ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage, sehr gepflegt und komplett! ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer ist mit viel Leidenschaft und Kreativität eingerichtet. Beeindruckend! Ebenso die große Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten lädt ein zum Entspannen und Genießen der toskanischen Landschaft, bei unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergängen und absoluter Ruhe. Lieben Dank an Babette, für den reibungsvollen Ablauf bei unserer kurzfristigen Anfrage , für die Sorge um unser Wohl und die guten Tipps. Die wenige Zeit, die wir dort oben waren, haben wir sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Fraud Alert!

My pregnant wife and I arrived at Casa Arco and noticed a strange smell in the apartment. The owner, Babette said it was fresh as all the windows were open and incense was lit. The place looked fine but once the windows were closed and the incense burnt out a strong smell of sewer gas filled the entire apartment. We informed her first thing in the morning and were told that it had been there for 4 days! She just tried to cover it up causing my pregnant wife and I to be ill the next day. She promised to have it fixed that day and by the end of the day it was not fixed. We mutually agreed we could not stay there and we would be getting a refund. Once we booked other accommodations she decided to keep all the money we paid for 9 nights and stopped communicating with us. DO NOT STAY HERE, she will intentionally put you in a harmful situation and then keep all the money you sent her.

Unsere Hochzeitsgäste hätten es bei der Auswahl der Unterkunft nicht besser treffen können, die Wohnung Torretta war das perfekte Ziel für Entspannung, Erholung und Kultur. Ob Früstück oder Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse, der Blick ins Tal ist fantastisch. Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und mit liebevollen Möbeln super eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin Babette half uns zudem mit tollen Tipps für Restautrants und Ausflüge - eine Stunde nach Siena, weniger als einer Stunde nach Florenz! Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert - 5 Sterne von uns! -- It was the ideal wedding gift, a trip to Tuscany! Our wedding guests could not have made a better choice the the apartment Torretta, it was the perfect place for relaxation, leisure and culture. The view into the valley is stunning, whether you enjoy your breakfast there or the sunsets. The apartment has everything you will need for your holidays and is furnished very nicely. The landlady Babette also provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and day trips - it is is just one hour to Sienna, and less than one hour to Florence! I highly recommend this place - 5 stars from us!

The most fabulous holiday in Tuscany.

As a family travelling in a foreign country we were alittle nervous about the accomodation. The apartment in Greve was the most fantastic place to stay. The apartment is maintained to a very high standard, we felt like we were the first people to stay there. The hosts were most helpful, the provision of kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil etc) made the stay very easy. The view over the valley, sitting at the outdoor dining table for breakfast, dinner, wine in the evening watching the sun go down, was like being in a postcard. We give Torretta our highest praise and greatest recommendation.

Ferienwohnung Casa Arco

Sehr schöne zweigeschossige Wohnung im toskanischen Stil; 2 Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen; wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick in das Greve-Tal über Weinberge bis in das 25 km entfernte Florenz; Frühstück in der Sonne, Sonnenuntergang vom Liegestuhl. Komplett eingerichtete Küche mit allen nützlichen Kleinigkeiten. Badezimmer sehr geräumig und auch mit allen Extras ausgestattet. Spaziergang ca. 40 Minunten ins Zentrum von Greve; die teilweise sehr ausgewaschene Schotterpiste (ca. 1.2 km) ab der Hauptstrasse ist ggf. eine Herausforderung für Fahrzeugen mit weicher Federung für Mensch und Maschine. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die komplette Toskana, vor allem natürlich die Chianti-Region. Besser kann man sich eine Ferienwohnung nicht vorstellen - wir kommen wieder!

Wir, meine Frau und unsere beiden Söhne (12J.&13J.) haben in der Casa Arco gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist besonders hervorzuheben, weil es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Die Terasse mit Blick in die Hügellandschaft der Toskana ist unschlagbar schön. Hier könne alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen werden. Die Beschreibung des Objektes entspricht 1:1 dem Inserat. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und verbindlich Zu empfehlen sind Besuche in Vinci (Leonardo Da Vinci Museum), San Gimingiano (Stadt der Türme) sowie Florenz. Wir können die Casa Arco absolut weiterempfehlen.

Sehr süße Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren im Juni 2011 für eine Woche zu Gast in der Torretta. Und es war super schön. Man hat von der Wohnung aus einen traumhaften Blick auf Weinberge, Olivenhaine und die Wälder der Umgebung. Wunderschön! Im Erdgeschoss der Wohnung befinden sich Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich und über eine Wendeltreppe gelangt man hinauf ins Schlafzimmer und Bad. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr süß und vollständig eingerichtet. Man muss sich also keine Sorgen machen, falls man zu Hause etwas vergessen hat. Man findet dort sicherlich Ersatz. Am schönsten fanden wir, dass man aus dem Küchen- / Wohnbereich dirket auf die eigene Terrasse gelangt. Somit kann man das Esszimmer nach draußen verlegen und hat von dort einen wirklich traumhaften Ausblick auf die wunderschöne Landschaft, abends sogar inklusive Sonnenuntergang. Romantisch! Ansonsten ist Greve ein netter Ort, in dem man alles für den täglichen Bedraf bekommt, einen Supermarkt gibt es und Samstags ist immer Markt (der Besuch lohnt sich). Von Greve aus kann man gut Ausflüge in die gesamte Toskana unternehmen. Bei der Planung ist einem Babette, die Vermieterin, gerne mit guten Tipps behilflich. Auch ansonsten hat sie für Fragen und Problemchen jederzeit ein offenes Ohr und kümmert sich wirklich reizend um ihre Gäste. Gesamtergebnis: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Erholung pur in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren vom 07. - 14.08.2010 in der SCUDERIA. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat ließen uns auf eine geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung hoffen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Die Lage der beiden Ferienwohnungen TORETTA (Turmwohnung) und SCUDERIA mitten in den CHIANTI-Weinbergen ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung hat unsere Erwartenungen bei weitem übertroffen. Babette hat wirklich an alles gedacht und war immer bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auf der großen Panorama-terrasse ließ es sich auf bequemen Liegen unter dem großen Sonnenschirm herrlich entspannen. Im Ort Greve gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten den persönlichen Bedarf an Lebensmitteln zu decken. Rund um den Marktplatz gibt es eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Geschäften die fast keinen Wunsch offen lassen. Auf unseren Touren zwischen Florenz und Siena gibt es fast an jeder Ecke die Möglichkeit zu Wein- bzw. Olivenölproben. Viele mittelalterliche Städtchen laden zum gemütlichen Bummel ein. Die Woche verging wie im Fluge, gerne wären wir noch länger an diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde geblieben. Wir kommen wieder!
