You will be seduced by its authenticity, with its exposed stone walls in the living room. Entirely designed for your comfort, the house is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

You will also enjoy a private garden, perfect for your outdoor meals, moments of relaxation, or even naps in the sun.

The house benefits from an ideal location, only 1 km from the beach. You can thus easily cool off and enjoy the pleasures of the sea throughout the summer.



Upon your arrival, you will discover a warm living room space, equipped with a sofa and a fireplace, ideal for enjoying your winter evenings. Books and games are available for young and old as needed. Continuing on, a convivial dining table will allow you to share your meals, adjoining a fully equipped open kitchen.

You will find everything you need for cooking as well as a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso. The kitchen opens directly onto the garden through a large bay window, for even more light. A bathroom is also located on the ground floor.



The night space consists of three bedrooms upstairs and one on the ground floor. Two of them are equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a third has a double bed (140x190), and the last one is fitted with two single beds (90x190).



For your comfort, a washing machine, an iron and a hair dryer are also at your disposal.



All childcare equipment (high chair, travel cot, potty seat and safety gate) are also at your disposal.



Parking is free on the street, in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Have you spotted the Île aux Moines and the Île d'Arz? You can reach them by boarding a speedboat at Port Navalo or at Vannes. On deck, don't forget the sunscreen!
