Our 100 m² house is located in Contes, 20 minutes by car from the beaches of Nice and 35 minutes from Monaco.

Ideally placed for visiting the French Riviera, it offers space and comfort for a stay with family or friends and can accommodate 8 people, ideally 6 adults and 2 children.

Located at the end of a private road, it offers tranquility and privacy. A factory, a vestige of the region's industrial past, is part of the landscape, but as it is no longer in operation, it does not generate any nuisance.PGJyPg

We do not charge a cleaning fee but we ask that you leave the accommodation clean on the day of your departure.
