This small studio apartment close to downtown feels rural. You open the back door onto a patio with a stone fountain, a view of the pinon covered hills and twelve chickens scratchy about in their pen. Time stands still at this tranquil rest stop.

This is a great little place in a great location near the plaza. Very pet friendly which is really nice. Very clean, easy check in and owner is great. We would definitely stay again.
Home is in a quiet suburban style neighborhood, but you can walk to the plaza in 15-20 minutes. Host was friendly and provided everything we needed. Great value for Santa Fe.
All we could ask for! In town but away from city lights, clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, lovely landscaped back yard, and easy access. Very nice.
Rad little apartment in a fantastic location. Richard was helpful when I was confused at check in, and the rest was easy peasy. 10/10 would stay again.
We loved our stay here, it was cozy and just what we needed for our family of 4 our small dog. Both beds were super comfortable (great topper on the queen and the pull out mattress is memory foam, our boys loved it). Very easy check-in. Everything was very clean. Full kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom worked great. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. And like I said in the title, the location is perfect! Super close to downtown and right around the corner from the road up the mountain to Ski Santa Fe (which we were on a ski trip so this was awesome). We will definitely try to stay here next time we're in town! Thanks y'all!
My wife and I stayed 2 nights and would recommend it to anyone. A real find.

Very welcoming, Richard was incredibly friendly to me and my fellow travelers. He made everything clear and answered any questions I had. Other than that though the space was extremely affordable, cozy, and for its size had everything the four of us needed for a 4.5 day trip. Just great!
This was a wonderful place to stay. The studio was very comfortable with a wonderful back yard to relax in on the patio. I would highly recommend this property to stay for a night or a week.

This was a perfect place to stay while coming to the Santa Fe Opera. It was charming with a little water fall outside my room. It was quiet and restful after hectic plane flights.
The owner was very helpful suggesting restaurants and an Uber driver to the airport.

Awesome little clean studio with everything you need. Walking to the market too! Easy drive to ski! Will stay again for sure
Lovely, clean apartment. The private entrance gave us the freedom to come and go without feeling like we were disturbing our lovely hosts. Highly recommend!
The backyard is gorgeous. The photos do not do it justice!
It is dog friendly and the owner told us that we could walk the dog off leash in the arroyo but we did not have time.
Just remember to read the amenities noted. There is no TV or microwave (has toaster oven).

Studio apartment was attached to the house, but very private. We had access to the backyard which had a lovely small garden fountain. Fans only but that was enough to cool the apartment. There was no microwave or TV but that was not a problem. The host was very gracious. We would love to stay there on our next trip to Santa Fe!
Idyllic Stay in the Heart of Santa Fe - A True Gem!
My recent stay at this VRBO property in Santa Fe was nothing short of wonderful. The property offered a sense of peace and tranquility, for both the adult and the kids in my group.
For us the highlight of our stay was definitely the idyllic backyard. It was a serene escape with an atmospheric sitting area that offered privacy with the surrounding desert plants and the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee. There was a delightful harmony to the way the environment flowed, extending beyond the sitting area to an assortment of chickens milling around in their coop. My youngest girl was really impressed with the chickens and wanted to visit the coop each time we returned after an outing. The presence of the gentle dog, Aisha, added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. Beyond the yard there was an arroyo, which is a dry riverbed. We hoped it would rain while we were there so we could see the arroyo come alive with water, but not this trip.
As an adult traveling alone with kids, safety was the most important parameter for me and I will always return to this location when we come to Santa Fe because we loved it so much. I like to run and met other runners and walkers any time of the day that I went. Some directions were hilly and led to beautiful views.
Our host was very friendly and the studio had everything that we needed over the 4 days that we were there.
We stayed for a short stay in Santa Fe while in transit to Colorado. We have stayed in Santa Fe many times while traveling back and forth between our home in AZ and family in Colorado. This property is relatively easy walking distance to the Plaza and all of the art galleries on Canyon Road. Seasoned / frequent visitors to Santa Fe will appreciate the quiet neighborhood.
