The holiday home Seerosenweg is located in beautiful East Frisia in Bedekaspeler Marsch (municipality of Südbrookmerland) between Emden and Aurich, approx. 25 km from the coast (Norddeich). It lies 100 m from the canal between the "Great Sea" and the "Loppersumer Sea".
The house is at ground level, is quiet in a cul-de-sac, is about 50 square meters and large. designed for up to 4 people (ideally 2 adults, 2 children) - more people if necessary on request.

Alles im ganzen echt top. Leider extrem viele Spinnen im Außenbereich, aber sehr guter Insektenschutz vorhanden.Sehr viele Duftstoffe innen, vermutlich wäre das Holzhaus sonst etwas muffig, ist uns aber nicht störend aufgefallen.

Tolle Unterkunft haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gastgeber waren super nett. Die Umgebung ist für Angler ein kleines Paradies.

Ein super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Neben 2 (kleinen) Schlafzimmern gibt es ein großzügigen Küchen-/Wohnraum mit kleinem Wintergarten und übetdachter Terrasse. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Eine guter Ausgangspunkt um Ostfriesland zu erkunden.

Wir (3 Erwachsene, 1Kleinkind) waren 1 Woche Gast in diesem Ferienhaus. Schon bei der Ankunft fanden wir es einladend und gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber der Küchen/Wohnbereich hat dadurch genügend Platz. Der kleine Wintergarten und die überdachte Terrasse bieten bei jedem Wetter zusätzlichen Raum. Der Garten ist ebenfalls geräumig und schön. Eine Reise ins Südbrookmerland lohnt sich immer, da viele Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar sind, man in einer schönen, ländlichen Umgebung ist, ohne auf komfortables Einkaufen zu verzichten.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Das Geschirr, die Bettwäsche und der Garten waren echt zufriedenstellend. Es war alles sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man benötigt.Wir hatten zwar keinen Hund, aber dies wär ein Paradies für ihn gewesen;-)

Schöner Urlaub in der Bedekaspeler Marsch

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne, sonnige Wochen im Südbrookmerland, sind viel Fahrrad gefahren und haben uns gut erholt. Auch unser Hund hat sich in dem eingezäunten Garten sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen, waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Das hübsche Häuschen war liebevoll ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders in dem kleinen Wintergarten haben wir uns gerne aufgehalten.Gleich um die Ecke gibt es das "Bootshaus", ein nettes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Wir können das Ferienhäuschen und die Umgebung bestens weiterempfehlen!

Gelungener Kurzurlaub mit Hund

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin Frau Frei herzlich empfangen. Das Häuschen ist ruhig gelegen, hat einen eingezäunten Garten und die Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind wirklich klein, erfüllen aber völlig ihren Zweck. Dafür ist der eigentliche Wohnraum großzügig geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub

Meine beste Freundin, mein Sohn & ich hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet- alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine gute Größe. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und man ist schnell am Wasser. Es ist sehr ruhig und erholsam.Einzig im Garten fehlte ein Kehrblech, um den Grill sauber zu machen und vielleicht Spielgeräte für Kinder.Ansonsten insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Kurzurlaub im Südbrookmerland-Bedekaspeler Marsch

Der Aufenthalt war total i.O. Die FeWo war sauber, ordentlich und gut eingerichtet. Der Garten hundetauglich.Das Restaurant im Hotel Bootshaus top und nur 3 Minuten fußläufig entfernt, sowie auch dort Hunde willkommen.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut, weiter empfehlenswert.

Spitzenmäßig

Wer Ruhe vom Alltagsleben sucht und sich entspannen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Eine sehr ruhige Umgebung und Natur pur. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Schöner Urlaub

Wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort heimisch Gefühlt. Es ist so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wir würden sofort wieder Urlaub dort machen. Mein Mann haben ein paar Küchenhelfer gefehlt, wie zb. ein Ceranfeldkratzer oder eine Schöpfkelle. :) Typisch Mann, Ha ha ha. Ich kann das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. 12 von 10 Punken ;) mfg Fa. Dossin

Entspannter Urlaub im schönen Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus der Fam. Frei steht direkt neben dem Wohnhaus. Das Haus hat ca. 50 qm Wohnraum. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle usw. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Ess - / Wohnzimmer ist groß. Auch ein kleiner Wintergarten ist vorhanden. Das mi einem Doppelbett ausgestattete Schlafzimmer sowie das danebenliegende Kinderzimmer sind ziemlich klein, aber ausreichend. Dem Haus angeschlossen ist ein ausreichend großer vollkommen eingezäunter Garten. Ein Paradies für unseren Hund ! Es gibt viele Wanderwege, schöne Radwege und natürlich viele Wasserstraßen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. in 10 km Entfernung zu erreichen. In ca. 5 Gehminuten ist ein sehr gutes Hotel und Restaurant erreichbar. Fazit: Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei netten Gastgebern. Die Unterkunft kann von uns guten Gewissens weiterempfohlen werden.

Ein schönes, kleines Häuschen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus bot alles, was wir für den Urlaub brauchen: eingezäunter Garten, Ruhe und eine gute Ausstattung. Ideale Lage für Ausflüge, tolle Wege zum Gassi gehen und nicht weit vom Großen Meer.
