About this property

Beautiful cottage on the Great Sea Ostfriesland

Good Morning ...

our house is located in the middle of the recreation area "Great sea", in a direct canal location including private jetty.
It was completely renovated in 2017/2018 and has 50m² of living space.
The accommodation is for up to 4 people.

It has a spacious living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and a bathroom with shower.

Furthermore, there is the possibility to park 2 cars on the approximately 400m ² canal property. The garden is aligned to the south side and completely fenced.
Thus, the safety of the little ones is taken care of.

Our guests have a paddle boat (canoe for 2 persons and 1 person) available for free.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Unterkunft entsprach der beschreibung.Alles was man gebraucht hat war vorhanden und in einem sehr guten zustand.Bei schlechtem Wetter / Regen hatte der Fernseher leider keinen Empfang.Den Saugroboter lies sich auch nicht blicken.Diese Unterkunft können wir nur weiter empfehlen, trotz der kleinen Problemen.LG

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleines und bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, ebenso sehr sauber.Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, wenn auch nur per E-Mail, dennoch immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

So erholsam…

… war der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Schön gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles (und mehr) was man braucht, dazu blitzsauber: die besten Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Urlaub! Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter klappte vorbildlich. Ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Alles in allem zufrieden :-)

Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die wir den Vermietern rückgemeldet haben, die als Verbesserungsvorschlag dienen sollen, gerade im Hinblick auf einen Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern. Wir fanden es dennoch verhältnismäßig teuer. Die Kommunikation lief tadellos. Danke :-)

Schöner Osterurlaub mit der Familie

Trotz Regenwetter, hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Alles funktioniertet einwandfrei und auch wenn wir nicht unbedingt die Sonnenliegen bei diesem Wetter nutzen konnten, hatten die Kinder auf jeden Fall ihren Spaß im geräumigen Garten. Empfehlenswert auch von der Lage, da man auch mal schnell an der Küste ist (Norddeich ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto) und einen Tages-Trip nach bspw. Norderney einplanen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten reichhaltig und auch zu Fuß lässt sich am Großen Meer noch einiges entdecken. Wir sind begeistert und können dieses Feriendomizil sehr empfehlen, wo auch Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben wird!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Außerdem gab es viele schöne Spazierwege! Aurich und Emden sind auch nicht weit. Organisatorisch hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Vielen Dank!!

Schöner Aufenthalt am Großen Meer

Das Haus ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren ebenfalls gut und der Garten mit zwei Terrassen und schönen Gartenmöbeln gut nutzbar. Außerdem konnten wir eins von den beiden Kajaks nutzen, was ziemlich toll war. Ein kleines Manko ist die nicht ganz ruhige Lage, da eine Straße in der Nähe vorbeiführt (allerdings Tempo 30).

Perfekter Entspannungsort

Das Haus ist liebevoll möbliert und dekoriert. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Grundstück lädt zum verweilen ein. Kayaks sind verlockend für sportliche. Bei egal welchem Wetter kann man hier sehr schöne Ferien verbringen. Es sind schöne Orte in der Umgebung und man kann sogar zu Fuß 3 Restaurants erreichen! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wirklich erreichbar.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wie schon in anderen Bewertung geschrieben, war es eine sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, es war sauber und von Spülmittel über bezogene Betten bei Ankunft bis hin zu Schwimmwesten für die Kinder war alles da. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche

Wunderbares Häuschen für Familien

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem schönen Häuschen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und auch für Kinder ist alles vorhanden. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Super ist, dass das Grundstück eingezäunt ist (es gibt allerdings "Schlupflöcher"). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt

Super Haus mit schöner moderner Einrichtung, alles vorhanden was man braucht 😁 Schöne Terrasse direkt daneben ein Grillplatz und Ligen zum Entspannen... Die vielen Kanäle laden zum Wassersport ein ( 2 Kanus sind vorhanden ) und mit Fahrrädern kann man Emden, Norddeich oder Greetsiel erkunden Wir sind begeistert und kommen gerne wieder

Zum ausspannen ideal

Sehr schönes Objekt an einem netten See für Wassersport zu empfehlen. Das Objekt ist komplett ausgestattet sogar Handtücher und Bettbezüge sind da, alles ist einwandfrei, sauber und gepflegt.

Erholung Pur!

Wir haben ein Wunderschönes Haus und Grundstück vorgefunden. Viele liebevolle Details die es uns ganz leicht gemacht haben uns wohl zu fühlen! Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Wir können nur Gutes sagen!
