Available Jan 1 - February 1, possibly three months through March 30, 2022. $4600/mo includes fast wifi and all utilities. The loft space has 16' ceilings, and was thoroughly remodeled in 2011. Large 400 sq ft bedroom en suite upstairs in mezzanine, and kitchen/dining, living room and desk area plus a second full bath downstairs.

The loft space is in the heart of the Mission District with great food, 100% walkability and glorious weather. The loft is available both furnished or unfurnished for long term stays. Sunny and light with huge windows, but cool inside when hot outside, and warm inside when cooler outside due to the brick's insulation. Fast wifi, nice neighbors, safe gated location.

The space
This loft condo is in an historic brick warehouse building. Gut remodeled in 2011, the living space is very comfortable for modern living. New bathrooms, kitchen and lower level is ADA wheelchair accessible. Our original artwork and art books make this a special art experience. En suite full bathroom upstairs off bedroom/laundry room. Guest bathroom downstairs with living room and kitchen/dining areas.
