Julie the host was very nice from the time we booked and through out our entire stay. The house was spotless upon our arrival and the pictures were accurate. My wife and our twenty month old son enjoyed the house and would definitely book again!

We loved everything about the Lakehouse. The location was great; it was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. The lake was a perfect size for kayaking (which we did every day!). We would strongly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing vacation to book a stay here.

Thanks so much for staying Chris! You and your family were wonderful ☺️
The property was beautiful and very clean. There were many details put into the house including a complimentary basket of snacks, coffee, and tea. The hot tub was clean and up to temp when we arrived, and there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and chairs to accommodate all 8 of us. Our trip also came with a super helpful house manual with details of the house, amenities, and locations nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful week on a quiet cove! The highlight was the amazing fireworks on the 4 th of July! Our days were busy with fishing, swimming, kayaking, and playing games. Once the grandkids were all tucked in the hot tub was a perfect relaxing finish to our days!

3 generations gathered at the lake house for our annual summer vacation. The children enjoyed the water, fishing and catching, water toys including kayaks and hot tub to finish their day. Everyone loved the lower level game room which was great since we had a lot of rain and diversions were needed.
Julie, owner, was very responsive to any question and needs.

We had a lovely stay at this cabin on the lake. The description and photos are accurate, it was very clean, and communication with the hosts before the trip was very fast and helpful. We didn’t need to communicate with them while we were there because everything we needed was there and any questions we had were in the binder. They really did think of everything to make it comfortable (snacks, towels and linens, extra individually wrapped toothbrushes). We plan to come back in the warmer weather

Spent 2 nights in September to celebrate our Mother's birthday. The views from the main floor are beautiful. It was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was extremely well appointed so we could cook in and grilled a few times as well. We were fortunate to enjoy great weather to spend kayaking and floating on the large mat. Despite the multiple level of stairs leading to the lake, my elderly mother was able to safely ambulate up & down. She enjoyed the built in seats on the sides of the stairs for a quick rest. We were all impressed with the amount of water toys, nice lounge chairs and of course the hot tub! The neighborhood is quiet and this property has a lot of privacy. Wonderful get-away! Thank you Julie for your immediate response to all my questions. I wish we could've spent more time there but hope to return again!

The lake house was exactly as advertised. Great location on the lake with ample parking. House was clean and had everything and more you could possibly need during stay. The kids LOVED the hot tub and the game room. The adults LOVED having peace and quiet upstairs while the kids played downstairs. Owners/Julie was super accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. She was very quick to respond to questions and we could not of asked for a better family vacation. Thank you!

Thanks so much Jill! Your family was wonderful and welcome back anytime ☺️
The location was absolutely perfect. The house was situated directly on the lake. I loved waking up and looking out at the lake in the morning and spending time out on the deck. There was also a lot to do at the house (hot tub, kayak, ping pong, etc.). The house was well equipped as well so we had no problem making meals there for ourselves. Check in was easy. My only regret was that we didn't stay longer.

This is a really great vacation house! It's spacious, comfortable, well appointed, neat and clean. The amenities were terrific, including just about every form of non-motor watercraft, and the lake was a beautiful, uncrowded place to use them. The grounds are lovely, and we spent a lot of time reading, eating or just lazing on one of the three levels of tables and chairs. The host left so many things, especially in the kitchen, that we rarely had to say we wish we'd not forgotten this or that. The kitchen itself is probably the best I've gotten to use in a guest house. It's a delight to cook there (unless you let the kids play on the internet terminal built into the refrigerator). The furniture was super comfortable and varied enough so that everyone felt comfortable. WiFi let kids play games while others watched the huge TV with no apparent lag. I hope conditions conspire to let us vacation there next year.

Lakefront on Lake Balleau NH with many recreational amenities
very enjoyable both inside the house - spacious living room on main floor with very large TV and a large recreation room on a lower level opening onto a spacious deck looking over the lake - and outside - with us having fun using many amenities, e.g. jacuzzi, dock with recliners & chairs, lakeside firepit perfect for evening fires and toasting marshmallows, and a paddle board, 5 various sized kayaks, a large canoe, a pedal boat, and a nice float a short swim from the dock. Something for all in our group - grandparents, parents and teenagers.

We booked this property for a 50th birthday celebration, 5 ladies! From the start of the booking Julie was incredibly kind, quick to respond, and very communicative. She continued to reach out as the booking got closer and even during our stay.
The house was so clean, and totally stocked with everything you need. There had been a huge storm leading up to our stay and trees downed everywhere, but thankfully the house was fine and everything was up and running seamlessly.
The hot tub was our favorite part, super clean and overlooking the lake. Quiet spot, houses nearby but so so quiet this time of the year.
We loved it so much we want to come back every year!

Awe! So glad you ladies had such a great time! You all were great and we can’t wait for you to return. Thanks so much for staying!
Our stay was wonderful. We booked this place for the jacuzzi, the size of the home, the family entertainment room down stairs and ice fishing on the lake. The kids and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the home its self was fun and full of extra’s that we may have forgotten. ( toothpaste, makeup remover and kitchen items). We were pleasantly surprised. The only bummer was we couldn’t ice fish right by the house due to draining of the lake and that should have been planned better on my end not realizing that happens. We were able to walk to the other side and enjoy ice fishing there. Would definitely love to stay here again, a beautiful space.

Thanks so much for the great review Michelle! You all were fantastic guests!! Yes, it's still ice in front of the home (great for ice skating), but it's only about 5 feet due to the association decreasing the water levels in the winter to protect our properties:) I usually suggest ice fishers to walk just outside the cove and it's fantastic! Hope you caught the big one!! Also hope to be able to host you all again. thank you again for staying!
What a perfect getaway! This classic cabin on Belleau Lake exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely stunning - the lake is pristine, offering the ideal backdrop for a family retreat. The cabin itself has that authentic, cozy charm you hope for in a lakeside rental. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay while maintaining that rustic, away-from-it-all feel. Our family was able to truly unwind and reconnect without the usual distractions of everyday life. The water activities were the highlight of our trip! Whether we were swimming, kayaking, or just floating and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere, the lake kept us entertained for hours. The teenagers had an absolute blast, and the adults found it equally rejuvenating. One of the best aspects was how quiet and serene the neighborhood is. We enjoyed complete tranquility - perfect for morning coffee on the deck and evening conversations around the fire. You really feel like you’re in your own private slice of paradise. This cabin delivered exactly what we were looking for: quality family time, beautiful scenery, and the chance to recharge in nature. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an authentic lake experience.Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

The property was exactly as represented in the listing and more. Lovely welcome basket and dog treats, 6 kayaks, a paddle boat, canoe, pedal boat, plenty of seating by the water. Walk in (steps) to lake or jump off the dock. Lilly pad kept the kids entertained for hours. Hot tub was great on a rainy afternoon. Lots of fun games (we had a blast with Pictionary and Smart Ass). Beds were comfortable. Air conditioners kept it comfortable. Clean bedding and towels provided as were tissues, soap, trash bags, toilet paper were available. Blender worked great for pina coladas. Everything was sooo perfect. Host responded within minutes of each text. No cell service near water but internet and internet calling worked great in the house. Go enjoy this wonderful getaway for a lakeside escape!

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house was immaculately clean and cozy as ever. The kitchen table was set up with a basket of goodies for our family to enjoy (which the kids dove into RIGHT away haha and Julie even included some personalized items for Mom & Dad based on some questions we had asked prior to check-in HOW SWEET IS THAT?!) We had a picture perfect view of the lake out of the gorgeous large windows both upstairs and down! Our family spent the week playing ping pong, fuse ball, connect 4, ice fishing, ice skating (they have all different size skates for you to use!), relaxing in the hot tub and cooking amazing family meals all together while watching the Bruins in the giant open concept kitchen/dining/livingroom. The house was perfect for our party of 7 and a dog! It even came with pup treats and leashes! There was nothing this house didn’t have. Our children are ages 3 months, 8, 10, 11 and 14 and they all had an absolute blast and there were lots of tears when it was time to leave (Parent win!) Julie was responsive to messages the entire time which was so helpful if we had any questions. She is a terrific hostess and we hope to book again for a summer getaway because they have endless things to enjoy for that season too! Don’t hesitate, book this getaway, you won’t regret it!

Everything was as listed and there won't be much you'll be wanting for while staying here.
