The house was just lovely. If I lived in Augusta, this is where I would like to live. The house is older, but the layout of house is perfect. Nice large living room, wonderful dining room and 3 nice bedrooms. Large comfy and cozy kitchen. Love the bar below the windows to look outside. The back deck was blissfull, There was a cardinal that would visit and even walk around the railing when I was out there. Saw three kittens playing in the bottom of the yard. Never came up to visit. Hostess was more than gracious, even answering questions when I had the info in my package. Great neighborhood.
