Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We just returned from a lovely week at this home while we hit the slopes. While there were a couple things I would adjust, overall it's great and I would highly recommend it.PROS:- Cleanliness- Proximity to slopes, shops, restaurants, water park, etc. Simply walk across the parking lot for a minute or two, pop your skis on and ski down to the Metro Quad or walk down to the Tram Haus Lodge, Hotel Jay, Water Park, Provisions, etc.- Modern kitchen & eating area with lots of dishes, pots, pans, etc.- Suspended gas fireplace- Washer and dryer- Easy to use and comfortable sleeper sofa- Clean and good quality sheets and towels- Great water pressure in shower- Mudroom entryway with lots of hooks and storage space- Outdoor areasCONS (minor):- Dishwasher was out of order- Maybe I didn't look in the right place but I couldn't find a full size baking sheet or a pair of scissors- Living room rug curls up along the edges which could be a tripping hazard for some people- Limited cleaning suppliesThe cons above are really minor and I would definitely book this unit again. Many thanks to the owner and the Vacasa team for a great trip.

The condo is perfect for a family vacation (pet and baby friendly) and had every amenity you could need. Perfectly located and easy to access Jay Peak Resort activities. The rooms are great and fully stocked!

Great place and great stay. Just 2 negatives. Please buy new frying pans. Current ones are worn out and won’t get clean. And WiFi kept going in and out.
Very nice condo. Super close to slopes & water park. End unit with 2 balconies was a nice bonus too.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay! The condo was well equipped and had everything you need to be comfortable. It’s within walking distance to Jay Peak Resort which has an indoor water park, spa, and restaurants. During ski season, you can ski right to the lift and back home.The management company was very attentive also. Highly recommend for a stay at Jay Peak!

This is a hidden gem. Everything you need for a perfect getaway. Thank you.
Location was perfect. Plenty of space for my family of 5 and our dog. Everything we needed was there. Temperatures were below zero so didn't ski as much as we wanted but still enjoyed our time away.
Location was good, walking distance to Tramside. Was giving wrong lock box code. Other than that was a great trip.

The place was really nice , close to Jay peak resort , yet the bunk beds are so uncomfortable and not made for adults, lots of pet hair that has not been removed, if you have allergies avoid being there.
Otherwise the rest is fine clean bathrooms , lots of towels and fully equipped kitchen.
This was our second time at this condo and we loved it just as we did before. A new fireplace was installed and a new couch too! Location was great, condo was clean and kitchen well stocked. Loved the ground floor entry as we are in our sixties with knee issues. Also loved that we could bring our non-shedding dog but now the listing has changed to a No-Pets Allowed only service animals so we won't be able to go any more. )-:
Great location and a nice unit. My only complaint is that there is a notice in the unit saying pets cannot be left unattended, but that was not in the listing. Needed to rethink part of our trip as a result.

Property was very clean but like any property/hotel don't look under couch or beds and don't open sofa beds as no one ever cleans there (crumbs, tissues, "dust bunnies", dirt and unfortunately sometimes more disgusting items) I have found that's just the way it is anywhere.
Great location, skiing was unbelievable and would definitely stay there again and big plus for us was it was dog friendly! We have a non-shedding dog so I have found in the past that dog-friendly places are somewhat less desirable and not as clean but not with this condo!
We had a great stay at this lovely condo! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to slopes and to the water park. Nice kitchen, master bedroom, and primary bathroom. The setup of the condo was perfect for our senior Golden who struggles with stairs. Our only surprise was that the 2nd twin bed noted on the listing is stored underneath the bunk bed. We would have liked an additional lamp of some sort in that bedroom, but that's a very minor complaint! We hope to head back next winter.
