The property is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Get the Kati Cabin, the space is great for cooking and hanging out. The location is nice and private with easy access to Seeley.

Beautiful accommodations.
Full size bed in one of the annex room, small!
For the Bathroom accommodations you either had to climb down a ladder, or go outside into main Katies cabin!!! Was a bit challenging, you need to know that it would not be easy for an older couple!
Otherwise wonderful accommodations and will stay there again
Very comfortable and enjoyable. Perfect place for our family reunion. I would recommend Katie Kabin for a fun stay in the Seeley Lake area.

I rented this property with some friends, and it was excellent. Paying extra for the large kitchen/dining/living room was definitely worth it. The location was great, and communication with the management company was easy and effective. They were very responsive, even on s Sunday evening, which was appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

We could not agree with you more about the folks at Seeley Swan Vacations. Happy that you had a good time and enjoyed Katie. Hope to see you again!

Our stay was beyond amazing at the Katie Cabin. It has a beautiful view off the back deck. Plenty of room for everyone! A short 5 minute drive took us to a great beach spot on the lake. We rented the whole cabin for a great price. We slept 10 people comfortably! There is a big ice maker too… this was a huge bonus with the high temps! We didn’t have to buy one bag if ice! We will be back!

Aloha ( Greetings ) and Mahalo ( Thank you ) for kind words and beautiful descriptions of what we enjoy about Katie. She’s not too bad for being over 121 years old. Hope you have time to come back and enjoy our little Kabin in the West. A hui hou (Till we meet again)!

Great House Stay - COULD USE A PRIVACY FENCE FROM NEIGHBOR
Negative - a next door neighbor (friend of the property owner in Hawaii) was on the property numerous times during our stay. He interacted with my friends and family in a confrontational manner. In addition, we safely used sparklers in the driveway with water near at hand to take pictures in the dark. The neighbor contacted the homeowner in Hawaii and said we were using FIREWORKS. We know fire danger as we are from MT and WA even past experience wild land fire fighting.
BBQ ran out of gas after 5 minutes of grilling... bummer.
Microwave seemed like it was working, but did not actually heat food or beverages... bummer.
I would use the Seeley Property management again, but not stay at this location again. NOSY NEIGHBOR TOO MUCH.
The property manager assured us that this was inappropriate and wouldn't occur again.
Positive - Great deck, great view, great stove, good shower, good fridge, good ice maker, good location.
The stay at this beautiful cabin was very enjoyable and relaxing! It accommodated our family well and we plan to return next year. Thank you for letting us stay and to be able to make these great memories that we experienced!
