Das Grundstück befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Das Haus verfügt über mehrere Klimaanlagen und die Fenster haben Jalousien, die den Aufenthalt im Sommer sehr angenehm machen. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich eine sehr schöne Sitzecke, die sich im Sommer mit einer Markise beschatten lässt. Das Highlight war jedoch der private Pool, der ständig genutzt wurde.

une maison toute neuve, très fonctionnelle à tous les niveaux (cuisine bien fournie pour inviter des amis, plancha extèrieure, piscine avec eau salée non agressive pour la peau),, très proche des plages et des commerces, dans un endroit très calme mais non isolé, les prestations sont à la hauteur du prix payée et les propriétaires fort sympathiques.
