A spacious (1,960sqft), modern 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 convertible couches in the living room & 2 futon couches in the game room. This stand-alone fenced home includes one large common area with a 70-inch TV as well as an entire game room. The house is conveniently located 5 mins from the beach, Fort Lauderdale Airport, Dania Beach Casino, and Dania Pointe Shopping Center. The house was fully remodeled in November 2021.

In the game room, you will find table tennis, a football table, and various board games. In addition, you will find our three bedrooms (two with walk-in closets and bathrooms) cozy and comfortable. Your privacy is guaranteed by the fenced yard and beautiful patio with the possibility to grill your dinner as desired.
