HORRIBLE LOCATION DO NOT STAY

This property is not like the pictures whatsoever, it’s like being in the ghetto, it was filthy. It smells so bad of bleach and chlorine, they were sketchy men staying there that were checking out, my daughters, which made us all feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, we check the beds for bug bugs. Needless to say we did not stay there. We were told from management all of our issues and they told us we will get our money back, only to lie to us to tell VRBO we are not getting our money back. My father has a lung disease who is termini ill, and could not stay with a horrible smell of bleach and chlorine. That was a very important issue and they knew about it, but they did not do anything to help us out we told him the situation and he said we will get our money back. But now they tried to dispute it and now they’re saying that we are not getting our money back. Stay away any good reviews from this must be paid.

Thanks for your review. We would kindly disagree on the Neighborhood. Dania Beach is strongly upcoming Neighborhood, with planty to offer. It Is well positioned between North Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. About 1.3 Miles from the Beaches and Parks. Retail and Entertainment. Hard Rock , Gulfstream and Dania Casinos. FLL Airport and Cruise port. We have excellent and most responsive Police Department. Food , Banks, Supermarket is in walking distance. We have several studios and sometimes our guests are confused on the pictures, though the are all the same class and type.
