Located in the heart of the Trois-Îlets tourist district and its white sand beaches, this spacious "Creole" apartment with its pleasant and peaceful 30m² terrace offers a relaxing stay. Overlooking the sea, it offers a sublime view of Anse à l'Âne beach and a panoramic view of the Bay of Fort-de-France. "Ti Gigi" is a well-ventilated apartment that can accommodate 4 people, with no overlooking neighbors, and a very large swimming pool. This apartment includes 2 double bedrooms (140cm beds) with air conditioning and fans, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher + small appliances), and a living room with A chaise lounge, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi. Terrace with a beautiful sea view, overlooking Anse à l'Âne, Fort-de-France Bay, and the pool below. Offering a lounge area for relaxation and a dining table with a sea view, and a high table and two high chairs for use as a desk. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. The residence includes a swimming pool (private to the 6 units) with sun loungers. Landscaped garden. Covered gazebo with dining area, shower, and toilet next to the pool. One assigned parking space. Attention For people with reduced mobility, this accommodation is absolutely unsuitable (approximately 75 steps to access the apartment). Entire accommodation. Anse à l'Âne beach 300m away. Upon leaving the residence, there is a staircase leading directly to the beach (with a descent and an ascent).
