Close to State Game Lands for hunting. 3 miles to North County Trail access. 15 miles to Cook Forest State Park and 6 miles to Penn West University, Clarion River access and Interstate 80. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, cooking on the outdoor gas grill or over an open flame. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered, front porch and long walks through the woods. Sleeps 6. Washer/Dryer. Full kitchen

Close to local breweries, wineries and restaurants.

Cross Country skiing in the winter on the PA Rt. 66 Rails to Trails or Cook Forest State Park. Enjoy tubing, kayaking, canoeing and swimming at Cook Forest State Park or on the Clarion River in the summertime.

Mike and I grew up in the Clarion and Brookville area. Our family enjoys skiing, hunting, boating, sports and anything outdoors. We love living in the woods and spending time with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Raven's Retreat has been in my family for many generations. It was my mother's homestead and we now enjoy sharing this hidden treasure with our guests. This area has so much to offer those who enjoy the outdoors and change in seasons. We are close to Cook Forest State park where you can hike, canoe, kayak and simply enjoy the outdoors. The are many access points to the North County Trail for hiking and state game lands for hunting. You can bike, run and XC ski for miles along the PA Rt 66 Rails to Trails with direct access from the house. We are 6 miles from PennWest Clarion and Interstate 80. There are many local breweries, wineries and wonderful restaurants offering a wide variety of menu choices.

What makes this property unique

Raven's Retreat allows guests to relax, rejuvenate and have complete privacy away from the hustle and bustle of busy lives. The house is located back a private lane with no neighbors, surrounded by woods and abundant wildlife. We are close to Cook Forest, Clarion and Interstate 80. There is direct access to PA Rt 66 Rails to Trails and just minutes away from State Game Lands and North County Trail.
