The home is located on Scenic Drive sitting high above the Salt Lake Valley along the East Bench in the Arcadia Heights neighborhood. We are located just East of Foothill Dr., north of Parley's Canyon (to Park City), and within walking distance to the infamous "H Rock" landmark.

It's an open, high-quality masterpiece, with sweeping views of the Salt Lake Valley. The sunsets are to die for. It has easy access to hiking trails in Millcreek Canyon and to the infamous "H-Rock" which is within walking/biking distance. But should you find yourself in the homebody mood, you’ll appreciate the HUGE open layout, well-stocked kitchen, and comfy beds (all have memory foam mattresses on box springs or slats on the king bed).
