A perfect home away from home cozy place. Met all our needs, within walking distance to restaurants and the ocean. Our suite came with all the basics we needed, was immaculately clean abd quiet. Lovely time spent here. Would highly recommend it.

Great location! Easy 15-20 minute walk downtown but a 10 minute walk to cute shops and restaurants on Cook St. We stayed here in August and found the room stayed relatively cool despite no AC. It was nice to have free parking as well!

If your walking range (most flat, but not all) is around 1 to 1 1/2 miles, then the house is a great location for shopping and eating and sightseeing. We would not hesitate to rent there again and would highly recommend it.

Really lovely studio unit in a gorgeous craftsman home. Very comfortable and in an ideal location…so close to lots of shops, restaurants and sights. Very walkable and a quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the Host. I would absolutely stay here again!

Holly has done everything possible to provide an excellent home away from home. The location is perfect for exploring central Victoria. The suite is well furnished with everything one would need. We were able to walk to everywhere that we wanted to go in town and easily caught a bus to Thetis Lake Park. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Everything was exactly as shown. Nice location for walking to downtown or to Dallas Road. Holly adds lots of little touches that were greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Eine wirklich charmante Unterkunft!

Das Apartment bot alle Annehmlichkeiten die den Aufenthalt zum Genuss machten. Da wir mit Mietwagen unterwegs waren , war der Parkplatz perfekt. Aber auch der öffentliche Nahverkehr , Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Und von grasenden Rehen in den Abend begleitet zu werden ... Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nice neighborhood apartment

This apartment is very clean, tidy, and well-stocked. We enjoyed being able to walk to downtown Victoria, and especially in Beacon Hill Park.

Fantastic amenities and location!

Holly has set everything in place to make your stay effortless, from coffee or tea for your first mornings to a night light for the bathroom! A detailed manual answers and questions and gives suggestions for sights and walking distances. We walked 10 mins to Cook St Village for groceries, wine, and a choice of several restaurants - and got to see peacocks wandering around. We highly recommend The Beagle restaurant, and ate there 4 times due to the food, reasonable price, and convenience. Don't hesitate to book at Holly's historic home, with all the modern conveniences.

Perfect stay

Great location close to Cook Street and Moss Street Market on Saturday's. Surrounded by beautiful old houses. Flowers, plants and beautiful trees everywhere. Away from busy traffic but yet so close to everything. We will definitely be back for our next visit to Victoria it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Holly was responsive, caring and easy to deal with. Thank you for the great stay.

A lovely visit to Victoria

Our brief stay at the Studio in the Charming Manor was indeed pleasant and met all our expectations. The hostess Holly was attentive and obliging, the premises were clean and well appointed. Location was ideal. Hope to be back soon!
