About this property

Comfortably furnished holiday house (about 45m ²) with a large partially covered wooden terrace and great views of the Mühlfeldsee.
It is located on a fenced green plot of approx. 800m², which offers direct access to the sandy beach on the Mühlfeldsee, which is approx. 60m away, via the private play area and sunbathing lawn (no public beach - see aerial photo). Bathing enthusiasts will get their money's worth as well as hiking, cycling and in-line friends (splendid 15km inliner + bicycle loop around Seelhausener See / Muldeauen Nature Reserve, etc.)

The house has a bedroom with double bed + walk-in closet and a second bedroom with 2 single beds + 2 wardrobes (cot available). In the cozy living area with open kitchen is the large sofa, the sitting-dining area and TV. 2 additional extra beds are possible there, so the max. 5 people can stay.
In the house is a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a large cabinet shelf. A second toilet with sink is separate.

You can combine this holiday home with the 2. Holiday house for 4 persons (+1 extra bed) book. Both cottages are located on the same property, but are separated from each other. As a result, both holiday homes together are also very suitable for larger groups or Familys.

In order to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible, we have taken the utmost care in the equipment of our cottages. So you can look forward to a few nice days at the Mühlfeldsee.

With the holiday and feel-good location directly on the lake these days become a very special experience - 25 km from Leipzig, directly at the nature reserve Muldeauen and beside the Seelhausener lake - from April to October.

Haus Seeblick 15

Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Aber die Beschreibung des Objektes ist sehr ungenau. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, da dort 2 Häuser darauf stehen, unser armer Hund musste die ganze Woche an der Leine bleiben. Unter dieser Voraussetzung hätten wir das Haus nie gemietet. Für diesen Preis sehr enttäuscht. Haus voller Fliegen, Mücken und Spinnen, da das Fliegengitter völlig defekt und nur zur Hälfte vorhanden. Haus total lieblos, keine Nachtischlampen, kein Wohnzimmertisch, keine Deko und keine Proschüren über die Gegend, mit Kindern nicht mal Spiele vorhanden, Seit 17 Jahren fahren wir in den Urlaub ausschließlig in Ferienhäuser, aber das haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Privatstrand ist nicht richtig. Sauna ist auch nicht dabei, da extra bezahlt werden muss. Einfach nur schlecht und lieblos.

Kurz Urlaub

Leider war es mir der Sauberkeit nicht so berauschend, unter der Couch war Popcorn, Babydeckel und wirklich Dreck von einigen Wochen. Der Kühlschrank müsste auch mal erneuert werden und ordentlich gereinigt werden inklusive Eisfach welches sehr stark vereist gewesen ist. Der Zugang zum See sollte mal richtig hergerichtet werden genauso der Strand selber es ist alles zugewachsen. Für kalte Tage ist das Objekt definitiv nicht geeignet.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ganz ok …. bevor man gar nichts bekommt

sehr einfache Unterkunft ….. nicht viel Platz …. zweites Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng ……. nach dem Aufenthalt meldet sich der Vermieter nicht mehr auf Mailrückfragen …. antwortet gar nicht auf Mails und hat auch die Kaution nach 3 Tagen noch nicht zurückgezahlt

Der Mühlfeldsee ist sehr schön

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und wurden gut eingewiesen. Wir stellten fest das ein Stuhl und eine Liege defekt waren, leider wurde er in der Zeit in der wir Anwesend waren nicht ausgetauscht, bei 4 gemeldeten Personen war das nicht gut. Die Terrasse ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Barfuß laufen nicht Möglich wir haben und ständig Splitter eingezogen. Dem Vermieter ist dies bekannt ( andere Beurteilungen)aber es wurde nichts unternommen. Auch im Haus selbst ist leider für 4-5 Personen wenig Platz um am wackeligen Tisch zu sitzen. Der Zugang zum See war in Ordnung und der See selbst entschädigen für diese Unannehmlichkeiten. Sehr wenige Menschen , Ruhige Lage, Wir waren im Urlaub und haben das beste draus gemacht.
