Holiday rental in the heart of the pine forest, 200m from the main beach of Calvi. Air-conditioned studio with ceiling fans in every room, suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Completely renovated in 2025. Located on the ground floor, in a quiet, wooded area, it comprises: a fully equipped living room (as shown in the photos), a sleeping area with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a hairdryer and walk-in shower, a separate WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and washing machine. ext.

Propre, fonctionnel et tres bien equipé, le studio est tres agréable et tres bien situé à une centaine de mètre de la plage. Commerces à 5 minutes en vélo. Très bonne expérience
