Located in Dienville, a charming village with shops and restaurants, our holiday rental is just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Amance’s beach, the water sports centre, bike paths, and the marina—right in the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Regional Nature Park. This holiday rental can accommodate up to 6 people. You’ll find a simple yet tasteful decor, perfect for relaxation and rest. The warm atmosphere and bright spaces make this a true haven for your stays with family or friends. The region is also ideal for lovers of hiking, fishing, birdwatching, or exploring the local heritage. A simple, welcoming, and well-located spot for a peaceful holiday. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a living room with a sitting area and dining space, a bathroom (shower and sink), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a triple bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and another bedroom that can accommodate 3 people (3 single beds). Outside, you’ll enjoy a small enclosed courtyard with patio furniture, an awning, and a barbecue. Free street parking is available right in front of the house. To make your stay even more enjoyable, the beds will be made, and towels and linens are provided; heating, electricity, and a final cleaning are included.
