Located in a small complex of 6 cottages, this single-storey detached house is composed of a living room with fully equipped kitchen (cooking piano, microwave, large refrigerator-freezer, open to a living room/living room), two double bedrooms (modular beds: large double bed or separate beds) with dressing room, bathroom (shower, washbasin), separate toilet-laundry room.
The house is equipped with shutters and perfectly insulated
Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs). A common garden with petanque court, trampoline, ping pong table, children's games, is accessible to all as well as a gym and a heated and covered swimming pool to share, the swimming pool measures 3.70*10.50 meters.
A wellness area to be privatized is available, with sauna/jacuzzi/hammam/herbal tea room/sanitary facilities (supplement of 60€ for a 1h30 session).

On the Route des Eglises Listees, halfway between the Lacs d'Orient and the Der, come and stay in this pretty house and enjoy many of the site's facilities. Beds are made, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Heating and electricity are included within the limit of normal consumption

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: aerodrome (5 km from Brienne), various activities around the lake (water sports, tree climbing, casino,..), Nigloland amusement park.
Lovers of ornithology or photography will be delighted by the discovery of the surroundings.
At random during your walks, you will observe many species of birds but also rabbits, hinds, deer and other game.
