This accommodation is located in the heart of the village of Farschviller near the church and the town hall, in East Moselle.
On the ground floor of a house, it includes an independent entrance. It consists of 3 main rooms as well as a bathroom, a separate toilet and an uncovered terrace with a planted garden.
The main rooms are large.
The living room with kitchenette is fully equipped.
The living room has a pull-out sofa bed for 1/2 people, an extra bed, a storage cupboard, a TV and a desk area with WIFI connection.
The master bedroom has a double bed, and we provide a baby cot, a changing mattress and a convertible high chair from 0 to 24 months on request.

The terrace (furniture will be in place from 1 April to 15 October) includes a swing, a dining area, a barbecue and a relaxation area with bistro table and chairs (ashtray for smokers and only outside).
Linen as well as pillows, duvets and blankets are available.
This accommodation is non-smoking, dogs are allowed at a maximum of 2 and provided that they are clean, quiet and non-aggressive.
The thick walls keep it cool in summer, but fans are available. The wood heating is managed by the owner and brings a nice warmth in winter.
A large parking space is reserved for you in front of the door, there is free public parking nearby
It takes about ten steps to access the entrance.
There is a key box for late arrivals or in our absence.
We are 4 kilometres from the A4 motorway exit Farébersviller, and the largest shopping area in the east of France "B'Est", and 30 minutes from Germany (Saarbrücken)
Our area is very quiet, there is almost no traffic.
A children's playground is 50m away.
It is possible to take beautiful walks in the forest or around the pond, and for the more adventurous you can push your walks or bike rides to the aquatic Maginot line (Hoste, Puttelange-aux-Lacs), the cycle path to the Saar passes in front of our house, and electric bike rental is possible in Sarreguemines.
We are in the heart of the former Lorraine coal basin and less than 20km from the towns of Saint Avold, Freyming Merlebach, Forbach and Sarreguemines.
