Our detached holiday home, featuring upscale furnishings and amenities, awaits you on two levels in Überherrn, on the edge of the Saarland, with 180 square metres of space. 180 square metres all to yourself—ideal for up to 5 people and a toddler (baby cot 70x140cm). 3 bedrooms, open-concept kitchen with a spacious living/dining area. 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, each consisting of two single mattresses, 200 x 100 cm, and 1 with a single bed, 90 x 200 cm), spacious layout, including a sauna, a small quiet area for relaxation, an 800-square-meter fenced-in garden, 2 large private parking spaces, and a laundry room. Centrally located near shopping, 300 metres from the forest—ideal for training at the hunting school, stays at the Median Clinic in Berus, work at Lisdorfer Berg, or any of the many recreational activities available in beautiful Saarland. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi; each bedroom has a smart TV, as do the living room and the relaxation room next to the sauna.<br><br>Minimum rental period: 5 nights.<br>Well-behaved dogs are welcome; there is a surcharge of 60 euros per dog per week for their stay. A 200-euro security deposit is required; utility costs for 40 kWh of electricity, 2 m² of water, and 15 m³ of gas are included. Any additional utility costs will be charged at 0.36 €/kWh for electricity, 9 €/qm3 for water, and 1.20 €/m3 for gas.
