Formalities about your arrival:

The number of people indicated when you make your reservation must be the same on the day of your arrival.
House rented for a maximum of 4 people: visitors are accepted only with the agreement of the owner who has been notified a few days before, they cannot stay overnight.

Regarding the deposit, a security deposit of 1000 euros will be requested by Vrbo as a bank loan. This amount will not be collected and will be returned to you 14 days after your departure, after an inventory of fixtures with the owner.

If you wish to benefit from heating for the off-season, a metre reading will be done on your arrival as well as on your departure to obtain an exact consumption (only for the off-season).

Air conditioning is present in the accommodation, The remote control is available from the rental companies: air conditioning option of 100 euros for the duration of the stay.

Following a new regulation of the Community of Municipalities of the Ile d'Oléron: waste for green containers is charged.
You will have at your disposal for rent 3 bins to do selective sorting:
- Yellow lid bin: cardboard, plastic... = free
- Bin with blue lid: glasses... = free
- Bin with green lid: waste... = paid
In order to comply with this new regulation, we kindly ask you to throw your bin bags (rubbish, glasses, cardboard,..) in the public containers that are located near the rental before your departure.

End of stay cleaning option: 100 euros.
For bookings of less than three days, we ask for a contribution of 100 euros for the end of stay cleaning, thank you.
