The house Risa has 1 living-dining area with sofa, TV, 1 open kitchen and dining area, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The 2 terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture and offer excellent views of the sea and the south coast of Crete. A staircase leads to the private pool, which invites you to take a swim. From there you can also enjoy the fantastic view of the sea. The garden of the house is planted with numerous palm trees and lush greenery, which create a paradise atmosphere.
This and the neighboring house '' Strandhaus Maye '' are separated from each other by a visual barrier and can not be seen. The beach of a bay is 30 m away. The place Ammoudi with taverns and 1 Minimarkt is about 3 km away. Approximately 20 km away is the town of Spili, where banks, shopping and other facilities are located. The lake of Preveli is about 4 km.
