ISABELLA VILLA SLEEPS 4 , 2 BEDROOMS 1 BATHROOM FOR 2-4 PERSON.THIS VILLA HAS A PRIVATE POOL WITH SEA VIEWS.

The villa is located in the village of Marious, which is situated in Rethymno ,on the south side of the Island .Conveniently placed approximately 1 hour and 37 minutes drive from Chania and Heraklion airports.
Car is essential for this villa which is simply accessible beside a tarmacked road However,walking can be permitted to the local Greek Mariou Tavern which is a renowned 5 star restaurant adjacent to the villa, which is about a 5 minute walk ,but cannot be seen or heard from the villa.

The villa is all on one level , with open plan living area kitchen ,lounge and dining ,to the rear of the villa are two good size double bedrooms with king size beds and very spacious fitted wardrobes .The bedrooms are ventilated with ceiling fans .PLUS AIR CONDITIONING.
The kitchen has hob and oven ,a stainless steel fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
The lounge area has a beautiful L shaped sofa with coffee table and TV DVD.
The bathroom has a very large shower ,basin mirror and it also houses the washing machine.
Out side the patio doors lead to a swimming pool 5.5 m long by 3.6 m wide 1.2 metres deep with a decked area ,leading on from that is a small garden area which is a shaded terrace area which is tiled.
From the villa the town Plakias is 4 km in distance it has beach complimenting the abundance of bars,restaurants,supermarkets and pharmacy.
Damnoni beach 5 km from the villa which is a well structured beach with beds and showers .Great place to take on the thrill of water sports e,g sailing ,windsurfing,scuba driving,water-skiing and lots more .A wonderful selection of traditional restaurants are located here with lovely views of the sea.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful property with stunning views. The villa was so well equipt with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, this was our first time in the South of the island so the recommendations kindly provided by Nicole were very much appreciated.

Wonderful stay

Our stay at Villa Isabella was wonderful. We were lucky with the weather being nice. The villa is roomy, well equipped and nicely situated with a perfect view of the hills and the Mediterranean. Owner was very helpful with some minor issues. Little warning: the beds are pretty hard and a car is essential.

Really well managed villa in a lovely area

New, modern, very well-laid out and well built villa in a lovely part of Crete. Small patio & swimming pool but enough to keep cool or sunbathe. Very nice kitchen & appreciated the essentials of salt, pepper, olive oil, wine & beer. Great Taverna in 2 minutes walk with plenty of other tavernas and loads of beaches within 15 minutes.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Isabella. Die Lage des Hauses ist schön ruhig und die Aussicht toll, man ist aber dennoch recht schnell in Plakias mit Strand, Supermärkten und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen und sagen herzlichen Dank an Nicole und Sylvia.

Petit paradis avec vue sur mer. Maison très bien équipée et piscine privative fort appréciable. Accès à plusieurs plages très facile ainsi qu'au village de Plakias où tout est disponible (supermarchés, pharmacie, boucherie...). 2eme séjour en Crête SUD : nous reviendrons. La situation au centre de l'île permet un accès rapide à la cote Nord (La Canée, Rethymnon, Héraklyon...). Nicolle est très disponible et aux petits soins. Ainsi que Pedro sur place. Parfait.

Mariou Kreta Villa Isabella

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Isabella verbracht. Die Villa mit Meerblick liegt in den Bergen oberhalb von Plakias, verfügt über einen schönen Aussenbereich mit eigenem Pool ( täglicher Poolservice) und reichlich Schattenplätzen. Das Haus und die Küche sind perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Villa für die perfekte Mischung aus Abenteuer & Entspannung

Wir verbrachten im September 2021 9 wundervolle Tage in der Villa Isabella. Die Anreise inklusive Check-In verlief reibungslos, Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Einen Mietwagen braucht man aber auf alle Fälle, da es zum Strand und zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt sind. DIe Villa ist optimal gelegen um auf der Westseite der Insel viele Ausflüge zu machen, sie lädt aber auch ein, einfach mal ein paar Tage am privaten Pool zu entspannen. WIr hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Urlaub und können die Villa für ein Paar oder eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern auf jeden Fall empfehlen :-)

Das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil

Wir haben hier in der Villa Isabella zwei perfekte Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist bestens eingerichtet und wird rundum super betreut. Selbst der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir haben die himmlische Ruhe des kleinen Bergdörfchens Mariou sehr genossen. Ein idealer Platz um auszuspannen und zu genießen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Vermieterin Nicole. Es war einfach alles super !!!!

Wundervoller Meerblick

Wir haben im September 2020 zwei tolle Wochen in Villa Isabella verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Internet, SAT-TV, kleiner Privatpool, bequeme Sonnenliegen mit dicken Auflagen), man hat Sonne von morgens bis abends zum Sonnenuntergang und der Meerblick ist noch viel toller als auf den Fotos. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt, Verbrauchsmaterial wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, ausreichend Handtücher, Strandlaken) standen zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super und unkompliziert. 5 Fußminuten vom Haus entfernt gibt es die ausgezeichnete Taverne Mariou und weitere 4 tolle Tavernen in Mirthios (2 km entfernt). Von Mariou aus kann man viele tolle Ausflüge machen (Rethymnon, Spili, Imbros-Schlucht. Loutro, Chora Sfakion, Frangokastello und vieles mehr). Wir haben uns ehr wohl gefühlt und kommen garantiert wieder. Danke, liebe Nicole.

Unser 4 Wöchiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Isabella

Ein schönes nettes Haus komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Schöner Pool durchschnittlich 27 Grad Wasser. Schöne überdachte Terrasse. Die Vermieterin Nicole war immer zu erreichen, wenn man sie brauchte. Die Perle des Hauses Petro war für jedes Problem sehr hilfreich. Das einzige Manko war die steile Auffahrt auf steinigem, rutschigem Kiese zur Straße. In der Nähe gibt es 3 Buchten mit sehr schönen Stränden. In Plakias 4km entfernt gibt es Supermärkte, Fleischhauer und Bäckerei, Cafe und Tavernen. War ein schöner Urlaub

This property is located in beautiful surroundings,its very peaceful without being isolated .It has the benefits of not only sea views but also mountain and valley.The villa is very easily accessible just off a tarmacked road,which I believe is a big bonus,
Being on the South side of the island means we have some of the best beaches on the island ,all very close to one another.
Its a fabulous place for hiking and walking holidays it has some wonderful walking routes which are very well mapped.
Plakias is geared up for tourists with its wonderful bars and restaurants but has still managed to keep the charm and the tradition of the Greek way of life.
