Spring 2024 Vacation

We enjoyed our time at his home. Very nice layout and set up for families with kids. Located in the beach with great views from the main living areas and upstairs bedrooms. Nice quiet area, with a few things to do with in 3 to 5 minute drive over the bridge. Pool area could be spruced up a little but really minor detail. The property management was attentive. Overall we had a great stay!

My family and I enjoyed this vacation tremendously. Beautiful house and only steps to the beach! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with what we needed. The only negative I would say is that some of the outdoor furniture was broken and needs to be replaced. Also, one of the doors leading to the deck on an upstairs bedroom was very rusted and was hard to open and close. Other than that, great memories were made! We’d definitely rent this house again!

Bi-annual Holden Beach family vacation. Property easily accommodated 6 adults and 7 grandchildren ages 2.5-10. Kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, oven, glasses, cups etc. Great access to the beach and scenic view. Pool was great for the kids when we did not want to go back to the sandy beach. Many TV's in the house should people wish to watch something else. We enjoyed our stay.

House was very beautiful and clean with a breathtaking view! Check in and check out was so easy. Property management company was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Great place for a large family with tons of beds.

Beautiful but big issues

The house was beautiful. But there were tons of fruit flies. Lots of mildew in the bathrooms and a ton poured out with the jets in the master tub. Two bathrooms smelled like the sewer and we had to call a plumber to come out. Just so disappointing.

Holden Shores

Great location. Have rented this house several times. Disappointed that the living room furniture was so soiled -- particularly the chairs. Furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced.
