Golf at Babcock National This is a golf and country club community, and guests have the opportunity to add an optional golf membership transfer for their stay — giving you exclusive member access to the Gordon Lewis-designed 18-hole championship course. Golf membership transfer fees are paid separately and directly to the HOA: • 1 month: $200 • 2 months: $300 • 3 months or more: $400 On-site cart rental fees apply per person, per round. Walking the course is permitted at or after 5 PM at no charge. Green fees for non-members are $35–$69 per round depending on the time of day.

This was our 2nd stay with Natalie and once again it was absolutely wonderful. The Sunsets each night over lake Babcock were truly amazing. This the perfect spot with great access to golf and swimming pools and early afternoon cocktails at the Lake. We use VRBO all the time and Nathalie is the best we've worked with.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the activities at Babcock Ranch. My husband enjoyed the golf and I enjoyed the tennis and pickleball at Jack People’s park. The host were very responsive and helpful. Great stay. Highly recommend.

This condo was clean, comfortable and had amazing sunset views of the lake. Babcock Ranch is a great development with hiking, biking and Golf. The golf course is beautiful and everyone was friendly. The condo owner was very helpful and responded very quickly. We would stay here again!

VRBO asks to summarize our experience. How do you summarize perfection. From our very 1st day to our last was spent enjoying all of the amenities that came with our rental. We enjoyed multiple trips to the golf range a few rounds of 18 spectacular holes of golf, where we were treated as members of the country club. The trips to founders square included lady's night, food truck night, lunches at Slater's just to watch the town go by. Our host Natalie was awesome very attentive to every detail. We were made to feel at home. I'm not sure how to put into words the sunsets every night over lake Babcock other than WOW! We cannot wait to return. Natalie THANK YOU! for sharing a truly beautiful home and giving us a life time of memories.

The property is beautiful. It is exactly like the photos. Check in was contact less and simple. The owners provide a house booklet that contains helpful information. Restaurants, stores, things to do, check out procedures, etc. that are in the area. There is also an exterior storage area for your use. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the community. Playing golf, lounging by the pool, and going to happy hour at the Lake House Restaurant. We would definitely return.
