Welcome to Great Living. This beautiful spacious duplex apartment is completely renovated with new paint, furniture , carpet and wood floor in the kitchen. This beautiful apartment is walking distance to Andrews University, close to South Western Michigan College, Lake Michigan College, Notre Dame, Red Bud Track and Trail, Berrien County Youth Fair, Whirlpool Company in Benton Harbor, Wineries, Barn Weddings, and more.
The space
The 2 bedrooms one bath home with a nice size living room. Features a computer desk, a nice flat screen TV with Roku channel as well as wifi. Kitchen has basic amenities if a guest desires to cook . Pots, pans, plates, stove, fridge, etc. No smoking allowed!

This was a great place for our family to stay! It was very clean and comfortable and plenty of room. Another reviewer mentioned the water smell and we did have that problem as well, we didn’t want to drink it so we just bought several jugs of water while we were there. But that was the only negative.

Conveniently located!

We stayed here during an event at the Berrien Springs Youth fair. It was just a couple minutes down the road and quickly accessible. The home provided necessary essentials and was comfortable for our use. Good value for cost.

We stayed in Berrien Springs due to its proximity to the BSA camp. Very convenient if your scout has a weekend camp out at that facility. The location was great for exploring the area: we did a day trip from Benton Harbor to New Buffalo all along the coast and visited a few wineries inland. The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We cooked breakfast every morning and the kitchen had everything needed for that.

This was a decent place to stay for myself and two of my sons while we were in the area for a Notre Dame football game. Some body soap and more shampoo in the shower would have been nice, but it was good enough for us for two nights. I assume the house is on well water, as the shower and sink put off an unpleasant smell, but that's probably our only complaint. The host was very responsive and even agreed to my last-minute, late checkout request.

The apartment was very clean, well kept, and perfect for our stay. Bergeline was great with communication. I think they have well water, which if you’re not used, to has a distinct smell, you may want to bring your own water to drink. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it!
