New to PROACTIVE Vacations! "Me Too" is perched directly on the Intracoastal Waterway! PET FRIENDLY! This classic beach cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with its own private boat dock and spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Bring the dog(s)! "Me Too" is pet friendly! Your family will enjoy the spacious open-concept living area, with comfortable furniture and awesome ICW views! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to create tasty meals at home, including updated lighting and bar seating for 4. Accommodating up to 6 guests, Bedroom #1

Bring the boat! You will love the private walkway to the ICW bringing you to your private floating boat dock! Have a seat on the sundeck located right on the ICW walkway. You will enjoy rocking your days away on the covered porch while watch boats cruise the Intracoastal Waterway. You will have the best spot on the ICW for watching glorious Holden Beach sunsets! You will appreciate the close beach access located just 3 blocks from the home. Come join us at "Me Too" and enjoy the Intracoastal Waterway way of life! Bring the boat, and don't forget to bring the dog(s)!

Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Nice location. House not that clean and needs updated badly. Sheets provided were like paper. Beds were hard as a rock. Nothing comfortable to sit on. Deck needs cleaned/power washed…makes your feet black. We have stayed in much nicer homes for less money and better accommodations
