Very convenient location directly across from beach access. Large front porch catches prevailing breezes. 3 bd, 2 ba with full kitchen and dining room. TV area separate from private gathering room. Cable TV in living room and master bedroom and WIFI with Netflix and Roku TV. Washer and dryer. Parking under housefor 3 vehicles with plenty of additional room in back yard. Back area for boat storage. Sleeps 6. PET FRIENDLY with non refundable deposit. Must bring own linens and towels. Full kitchen with paper goods also supplied including paper towels, plates, toilet paper, tissues, etc. Some ocean view from front porch. Family oriented design fully furnished...Living area can be closed off from the rest of the house. Ping pong table, corn hole, Bocci Ball, Foosball, 8 cool bicycles including two youth bikes, plenty of chairs, umbrellas and lots of fun! Rock on the front porch and listen to the gulls and surf....come and relax!

Cozy cottage, steps from the ocean!

This was our second stay at Sea Jade. We loved being right across from the beach & the cottage is cute and cozy! It’s family-friendly and we also loved being able to bring our dog. The host is super nice!

Amazing Spring Break trip!!

This cottage was exactly as described. Super cute, clean, comfortable beds, super dog friendly, communicative owner, and close proximity to the beach!!! Our family loved it and plan to return next year.

Felt like home!

Had a great week at OIB checking in and out was very easy and convenient and couldn’t ask for a better host the house was clean and comfortable and felt like home it’s a great location being so close to the beach access and all it also has a well stocked kitchen which was a plus since we ate in most of the week all in all we had a great time and made some good memories. Thanks Dean… hope you’ll have us back in the future.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

What a wonderful , welcoming home. It was so clean and well kept, and there were so many great amenities. Glad that we were able to book. The homeowner shows how much he cares about his guests will all the little touches, and extras, that make the trip comforting. Our family certainly enjoyed our stay for the holiday.

Much needed recharging

This was a great and EASY vacation. The house has it all. There were 4 adults and we enjoyed the deck, the bikes, the cornhole, and beach. While the house has older decor, it is very comfortable and exemplifies the charm of a beach home. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Summer Vacation

You can't beat the location - right across the street from the beach. The house was perfect for my wife and i and three teenagers and dog. Kitchen is stocked with all necessary items, including paper products. The bikes were a plus along with some of the beach equipment. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Ocean Isle Beach! This is a really nice location, right across from the beach. The house is perfect for a family with children! Very relaxing. Everything you need to prepare meals is there. We really enjoyed the gated off deck area with our 2 year old granddaughter! The house has so many cool pictures and the kitchen table, countertops, etc, are all so original. Very cool! It felt like we were staying at a family member's beach house, with the games, vhs tapes of classic movies, comfortable furniture that you aren't worried about your kids messing up, lol. Perfect. We hope to be back!

Lovely Property

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean Isle. It is nice house that has been loved by someone for quite some time. It has easy beach access across the street. Fully equipped kitchen. Bring your own sheets and towels. This helps the owner to minimize cost, which benefits everyone.

Nice place - excellent location

Worked well for our situation, having three dogs. Across the street from beach access. Nice to have beach chairs, boards etc at our disposal. Bikes were available but a bit old and rusty. Kitchen very well stocked. Owner very responsive to questions and resolved minor issues in a timely manor. Would rent again if the need arose.

WOW JUST WOW

The convenience of this property cannot be overstated. It is just 30 steps to beach access. As for the house, it was pet friendly, so practical with water outlets up and down on the front deck as well as underneath in the parking area. It was completely furnished, and nicely arranged. I will be looking to stay there again very soon. We loved it!!

Wonderful place and location

Cozy, clean comfortable. Something for everybody. Like staying at your favorite aunts house. Cute touches. Porch is a wonderful gathering place. Pet friendly but be mindful about local laws for dogs on beach. Everything you need for a memorable vacation. Bikes, fishing gear, beach chairs, fully appointed kitchen, board games, nice TVs.Convenient to local places. The host is very nice and responsive. This was our 3rd summer stay here. Plan to go back. This is a great beach house, especially for a pet family. The house is cozy. The porch can be closed off to sit with your doggos and enjoy the ocean air. There is an outdoor shower, a hose, and chairs, boards, & toys for you to use. The beach access is across the street. It's the best!

In 1964, when I was 6 years old, my parents purchased a beach house at Ocean Isle on Second Street when there were less than 150 houses on the island. I so much appreciate the opportunity to have experienced such a pristine, relatively private island. So much has changed in the last 56 years but Ocean Isle still remains a remarkable island destination with a unique family development design. I want everyone to be able to enjoy what I was blessed with and continue to be.

Why they chose this property

I strive to provide everything you need for a stress- free respite and vacation....Unless you want to, don't bring beach chairs or umbrellas, Boogie Boards... I have them. I also have plenty of beach toys for the kids...even a paddle ball set. Also have several bikes that are comfortable ride...ping pong table downstairs. Don't buy stuff before you come. I provide toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, cups and napkins, trash bags. Ask me about anything and I'll do my best to provide it! CHECK OUT my other property on VRBO in Little River, SC...one bedroom cottage one block from the waterfront. Less expensive but nice alternative and close to North Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove Beach
