What a beautiful home! Plenty of room! One bedroom/bathroom on the first floor. 2 bedroom/bathrooms on the second. Large open family room and kitchen that lead to a deck (w grill) and dock. Plenty of seating inside and out. Very convenient location. No pool but the fantastic beaches are close.

The location and the property are excellent. Having 3 beds/3 baths was great for our entire family. Walking distance to fun places in Tin City and downtown. Easy drive to some great beaches as well. Looking forward to returning.

Enjoyed a long weekend at this condo. Great location and comfortable stay for the 4 of us. Lisa was a responsive host and made sure all details were just right. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone - just note the mattress in the master is pretty soft.

Long weekend getaway

Stayed at Royal Harbor for a long weekend trip with friends. Great location - very close to downtown. There was plenty of of space for all of us. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend it.

Amazing location and great rental

You couldn’t be in a better location. This is very central but away from crowds and tourists. The area is very quiet. The property is very well maintain and comfortable. Has everything you need during your stay. Highly recommended.
