About this property

A stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean - 50 meters to the sea

The completely renovated "Casa Atlantico" offers plenty of space for 4 people and is only a few steps (approx. 50m) from the sea. 3 terraces on 3 floors offer sea views (from all terraces) in one direction and at the top mountain views in the other direction. The bungalow has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, a fully equipped open kitchen, a living room with a comfortable couch and satellite TV (German television) and a large dining table.
WiFi is available in the house.

The bungalow was renovated in 2016 after a change of ownership.


The holiday home is in a quiet location except for the sound of the sea, but everything you need for a relaxing holiday is nearby:
- Good restaurants (typical Canarian cuisine at reasonable prices)
- Supermarket
- a corner shop (only a minute's walk away)
- Public swimming pools (Los Silos (3 minutes walk), Buena Vista del Norte (heated))
- 18-hole golf course (Buena Vista del Norte)

Los Silos is the right place for hiking enthusiasts. From here you can start hiking tours in the entire Teno Mountains. But not only hikers of the island get their money's worth here. Tenerife also has a lot to offer for families, which can be easily explored from the north of the island. Even just "peace seekers" are right here. Walks on the coast, a visit to the Sunday market in Los Silos or just relaxing on the roof terrace would be the choice of employment here.

A rental car is recommended as Los Silos is not a typical tourist spot. Ideally located as a starting point for exploring the island.

Zur Klarstellung: Das ist kein Weinberg (wie im Bewertungsformular bezeichnet), sondern ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Bestens ausgestattet, super sauber, malerischer Meerblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und jeden Tag genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

sehr schönes Appartement mit 3 Terrassen auf 3 Ebenen, man hört das Meer rauschen.Öffentliche gratis Parkplätze durekt vor dem Haus.Küchenssstattung gut, aber nur für 4 Personen abgezählt.Bäder sauber , aber leicht müffelig, eines war sehr eng.Keine Klimaanlage und keine Fliegengitter, daher war Lüften etwas schwierig.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderbare wochen in los silos verbracht. Das Wetter war schön und das Haus ist einfach wunderbar und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft auch weiter.

Traumurlaub abseits des Massentourismus

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles, was zum täglichen Leben benötigt wird. Die Betten sind sehr gut und die Bäder sind praktisch und funktionell ausgestattet. Auf der Dachterrasse konnten wir die Februarsonne mit dem Blick auf die Berge genießen. Beim Frühstücken auf der Terrasse im 1.Stock hatten wir einen superschönen Meerblick. Der gut funktionierende Grill wurde ausgiebig benutzt. Für uns war die Ruhe abseits des Massentourismus ein Pluspunkt. Nur das Meeresrauschen und das Zwitschern der Vögel ist zu hören. Die Umgebung ist perfekt für ruhesuchende Naturliebhaber und Wanderer. Ein Mietwagen ist obligatorisch, da sich der Ort abseits der Touristenströme befindet. Kleinere Supermärkte für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Für größere Einkäufe fährt man in die Nachbarorte. Wir hatten vier Wochen einen Traumurlaub in einer aufregenden und interessanten Landschaft. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir hatten eine schöne, ruhige Zeit in Los Silos. Die Unterkunft ist groß und gut für Kinder geeignet. Von allen Terrassen hat man Blick aufs Meer.

Schöne Dachterrasse, neuwertige Bäder, viel Platz auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus. Schöne Badebucht in Garachico (5 Km entfernt) und in Punta Teno. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Los Silos

Leider waren wir nur eine Woche zu Gast. Los Silos ist ein netter Ort ohne Massentourismus, was uns persönlich sehr zusagt. Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Etagen mit drei Terrassen für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Meistens saßen wir auf der Dachterasse und haben abwechselnd in die Berge und auf den Ozean geschaut! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Wir waren bei Ankunft zu unsicher mit dem Strom Hauptschalter. Kurze Nachricht an den Vermieter, kurzes Telefonat…. Wir waren einfach zu blöd :-) Kurz danach stand noch ein Elektriker vor der Tür. Wahnsinn. Dabei lag das Problem absolut bei uns. Vielen Dank nochmal Herr Pacem für die schnelle Reaktion und Entschuldigung das wir „ein wenig“ auf der Leitung standen. Die Hauptsicherung ist uns übrigens ein paar mal rausgeflogen, was völlig in Ordnung ist! Besser die Sicherung raus, als das ein Gerät kaputt bzw in Flammen auf-geht! Das Strom Netz auf Teneriffa ist natürlich ein anderes als in Deutschland. Dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein wenn man dorthin reist. Das w-lan funktioniert ebenfalls sehr gut! War auch schnell auf allen Geräten eingerichtet. Rundum war die Woche sehr schön, wir konnten alle abschalten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen, wenn wir dürfen. Kommunikationsprobleme mit dem Vermieter

Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotz einiger Makel und Kommunikationsprobleme mit dem Vermieter sehr genossen. Die zu bemängelnden Punkte sind: 1. die Adresse. Es handelt sich nicht um die Hausnummer 4, sondern um einen Nebeneingang mit der R4 und das Haus heißt nicht Casa Atlantik, sondern Casa Ursula. 2. das untere Bad roch immer ein bisschen nach Kanal. 3. im oberen Bad, dass neu gemacht ist, konnten wir die Regendusche nicht nutzen, da das Rohr nicht korrekt angeschlossen war. 4. die Information über die W-Lan Verbindung ist veraltet. 5. in unregelmäßigen Abständen sprang der Hauptschalter der Elektrik raus, einmal sogar, als der Nachbar gegenüber die Kreissäge anschaltete. 6. die Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter, der Putzfrau und uns war nicht fließend. Ich hatte ihm in der E-Mail geschrieben, dass die Putzfrau mit dem Elektriker auch in unserer Abwesenheit das Haus betreten darf. Dies kam so nicht bei ihr an, weshalb der Fehler in der Elektrik erst 2 Tage vor der Abreise behoben werden konnte. Weil wir die Insel sehr lieben und die komplette Zeit einen Mietwagen hatten, haben wir den Aufenthalt trotzdem genossen. Man kann zwar auch mit dem Bus überall hin, wenn man aber wie ich empfindlich wegen der Serpentinen in den Bergen ist, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.

Teneriffa abseits des Massentourismus

Die Lage in Los Silos hat den Vorteil, dass sich nur wenige der über 8 Mio. Touristen / Jahr her verirren - man hat so seine Ruhe und kann die Küste sehr genießen. Die Lage fast am Meer mit drei Terassen ist sensationell: Man hat irgendwie immer Sonne und wir hatten kaum das Bedürfnis das Haus groß zu verlassen (ich kenne die Insel aber auch schon sehr gut). Es gibt genügend Lokalitäten, wo man Essen gehen kann, aber auch das Kochen im Haus ist sehr gut möglich. Man sollte aber wissen: Außer Pfeffer, Salz ist so nichts da, man sollte sich das alles mitbringen/einkaufen. Eine ausführliche Liste mit Hinweisen zu Lokalitäten gibt es im Haus oder vom Vermieter. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell, zuverlässig, lösungsorientiert. Leider funktionierte bei unserem Aufenthalt das Internet/W-Lan gar nicht; war für uns jetzt nicht so schlimm, weil wir über das Handy/Hotspot alles mal kurz erledigen konnten. Sicher wird der Punkt auch schnell in Zukunft abgeräumt. Die Bilder entsprechen dem, was man erwarten kann: Ein ordentliches und gepflegtes Domizil. Manchmal etwas hellhörige Wände, aber für Spanien okay. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft echt empfehlen, wenn man abschalten und mal den Alltag hinter sich lassen will.

Great place to stay if you like quiet, non-tourist places

It's an hour away from airport so you'll need to rent a car. The place is very quiet and there's not many tourists around, I consider this as an advantage. 15-45mins from larger tourist places if you'd like to get something fancy to eat or party a bit. 5 minutes of walk to the nearest local groceries. 5 minutes of walk to a really great place for Coffe or brunch (Boreal). The house has two, large terraces with phenomenal views. The kitchen is fully equipped. No need to take towels, bathrooms are clean & nice. If you consider the place for workation - 300mbit internet connection. If you're coming with kids, there's also equipment for infants (high chair), for larger kiddos some crayons, sat-tv. Overall - huge recommendation!

Excellent séjour (avec un bémol)

La propriété est très agréable et bien aménagée. Propre et fonctionnelle. Très bon séjour à Tenerife. Attention toutefois à bien noter l'adresse car abritel nous a donné une adresse qui a porté confusion. C'est le n°14 calle lanzarote et non pas le 4. Ça nous a coûté la première nuit à l'hôtel Luz del Mar à los silos. Pour info, 169 euros (avec le petit petit-déjeuner). C'est le seul point noir de notre séjour...

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen!

Eine nette, kleine, saubere Ferienwohnung in einem Hauskomplex mit vier Apartments mit Blick auf den Ozean. Uns hat der Ort und der Aufenthalt im Apartment sehr gefallen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Kleine Wermutstropfen: - das Freibad in der Nachbarschaft hat geschlossen - Bauarbeiten in der Nachbarschaft - Neben dem Blick auf den Atlantik auch Blick auf die 70er Jahre Bausünde "Sibora" - Gemeinschaftsnutzung der Dachterasse (kein Blickschutz)

Très bien !

Une belle maison,confortable proche de la mer, avec de belles terrasses et une belle vue. Los Silos était une petite ville très calme lors de notre séjour. Nous avons beaucoup aimé !

2 weeks holiday in Los Silos

Together with my girlfriend I have stayed 2 weeks in the apartment. It was clean, comfortable and conform the pictures. It is in a quiet area (at least in April), giving a good time to relax. A car was useful to drive around the island.
