Step into a bright, open-concept living space with plenty of comfortable seating and a 42” TV for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen offers a complete suite of appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for five, and a dining table for six—perfect for family dinners or game nights.

With room for up to seven guests, this condo is ideal for families and groups. The primary suite includes a queen bed and a newly refreshed en-suite bath. Two additional bedrooms each feature two full-size beds and share a second full bathroom. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV for added convenience.

Indian shores stay

Our stay was great. The listing when booked showed as a gulf view room and we did not get that but we still enjoyed our room. We had a closet door break when trying to open it. We reached out and explained what happened they were understanding of the situation. Overall it was the perfect size space for our family.

Overall ok

Had issues with the air conditioning the first evening. Took a few hours to get someone to contact us and trouble shoot the issue-which was resolved. No code was given is to get into stairwells so got locked out in the grilling area. Paid extra for a late check out but still get locked out before that time and again had to contact the management company to get a new code.

Family vacation at the beach

Condo was all that was advertised. Proximity to the beach was fantastic! Fully supplied with beach amenities. Walking distance to dinner, ice cream & mini golf.

convenient beach access, pay attention to parking

Excellent location, nice property amenities, unit spacious and comfortable. Parking for only one vehicle can be an issue as a 3 bedroom condo can have two families with two cars. Listing is confusing as it references a reserved parking space and also availability of parking passes. Direct beach access is a plus with toddler. Vacasa property management was outstanding. A repairman was on site within one hour of initial contact via text for a toilet repair. All code locks/access worked well.

Grand Prix weekend

We rented this unit for our weekend stay while attending the St Pete Grand Prix. It was on the beach and the unit was clean and well-stocked. We had a reserved parking spot. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable for all the adults. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies if we were to have decided to cook for our group.

A little Spring Break

The process was fine, location great. Challenges were bad beach gate access code, shaky elevator, no ceiling fans. Pool is nice, no hot tub but not critical to us. Did kill a big palmetto bug inside tho

Not fancy but nice

Not really high class but fit our needs! There were glasses left on an end table and one of the drawer fronts fell off while opening the drawer. The battery is dead in the clock in the kitchen. PERFECT AREA!! Loved loved loved the area!! I would suggest a little welcoming letter saying what all is there to use. We didn’t realize there were chairs, umbrella and towels to use until half way through our trip. They came in handy after that though! I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. All the codes to get into the pool, beach and elevator were a pain. I wasn’t a fan of the bugs. We had no ac for the first day and a half. As someone on vacation I was not a fan of being asked to go into the ceiling to fix the ac. As I’m on vacation to get away from having house hold problems. They were prompt in coming to fix it after we proved that it wasn’t fixable on our end. That was a little frustrating.

Clean & good location, bad access control

Due to unit owner Vacasa being different from onsite property manager, the keys and door codes for unit, stairwells, elevator, beach access, pool ….are all different and unclear to the renter. If you like Escape Rooms this is for you! Phone calls did not resolve. Otherwise, unit was clean, spacious, and in a good location. Be clear to read that it is not beach facing, which we didn’t mind since the east facing view is nice too.

Great property, poor management

The property itself was great! Many more beach amenities in the closets than listed. The only problem was working with the management company (Vacasa). There is another management company in site, Monday through Friday willing to help with whatever you need, even an additional parking pass. Getting any type of help from Vacasa is nearly impossible. Be advised that the property does change the codes to everything (not your room door though) occasionally, leaving the elevator, beach and pool gates useless and Vacasa will not notify you. Would stay at this property again if it were managed by Plumee which is on property.

Make sure you have access to the stairwell

You should be made aware of the safety concerns with the elevator at this property. Within 2 hrs of arriving at the condo, we were stranded in the malfunctioning elevator. 3 adults and 4 kids. And all of our groceries, thankfully because we had water with us. Over 20min in 100+ degrees, a few inside the elevator were becoming panicked and lightheaded. Many of us sweating profusely. Luckily 2 of the children had parents who acted quickly and called 911 because the emergency line within the elevator was not providing help. The elevator fell from the 4th floor down to ground and the door eventually opened just as fire trucks were arriving. The firefighters mentioned they are at this location “frequently”. We also learned that the elevator had issues 2 days prior and had been “fixed”. Someone got in it after us and also got stuck. Fortunately the firefighters were already there. After that experience we were not going to risk taking the elevator again. However since we were not given access to the stairwell we were at the mercy of other people coming down the stairs when we wanted to go up. If you plan on renting this unit, I’d recommend making sure you have access to the stairs and are willing to climb up and down 9 flights as the elevator seems unfit for use. The guestbook inside the condo shared elevator concerns dating back over 2yrs. Aside from that and a few dirty dishes and dirty table, the unit was suitable. The location is great! Lots of towels and beach chairs!

Absolutely Horrible

Staying in the condo through Vacasa management was a disaster and disappointment. When we entered the condo it was extremely hot. A few minutes after our check-in time, some random man walked in (who had access to the room itself, we did not let him in) to set the A/C to a lower temperature and said to contact the 800 number in our confirmation email for 24 hour maintenance. Clearly they know the air conditioning was a problem. Halfway through the week it got EXTREMELY hot and absolutely unbearable. My whole family was getting sick from the heat, and if you live in Florida, you know that air conditioning in the summer is absolutely necessary. There were fans hidden in the closets of the apartment, which should have been another red flag. Unfortunately, these did not help very much, especially considering over half of them were broken and unusable. For 2 days non stop we were calling for someone come to fix the a/c or get us another condo, but there was no direct response from Vacasa or maintenance, and we were given no time frame for someone to come fix the a/c. The electricity in half of the condo went out, and we were unable to use the lights, and then the ceiling started to leak. After trying to contact both Vrbo and Vacasa for over 24 hours (with very little luck and very useless management), an air conditioning technician was finally called up to the room on the second to last day of our vacation. He opened the ceiling and water came pouring out. Apparently it had leaked

Stuck in elevator

Was stuck in elevator for 40 minutes with no help from office she did not know who to call or what to do my daughter finally had to tell her to call 911- so if you are stuck just call 911 immediately Sink would not drain in main bathroom spoke to owner said someone would come fix it- but never did The location was good and we have stayed her two other times but not sure I would stay again!!

Condo was OK…it was vacasa which was hard to deal with

Condo: Roomy living area, but lacked lighting in that area. Also, water pressure was low in the main bath. Vacasa: could get any additional answers about the condo before arriving…they basically read the condo description on vacasa. Asked about beach chairs, boogie boards, pots and pans ans crockpot and was told they didnt have any…upon arrival, they had all. The most disappointing thing was I called a week in advanced asking about early check-in since our flights moved up 4 hours and offered to pay a fee. The agent checked to see if anyone was in the condo prior and she said there wasnt anyone therefore we could get into the condo with the code anytime after 8am at no fee…a courtesy of vacasa. I wasnt surprised when I couldnt get in with the code given. I called customer service and they said they had no record of my call even though i gave them a time, day and duration. They said since my call was on a sunday, its a third party and they have to call them for the recording. They tried to email to owner with no response. After a few hours and a lot of anger and disappointment, I finally got a call and got the lockbox code only to find no key. Finally we were given a new code 4 hours after my arrival. Vacasa was hard and frustrating to deal with.

Great family stay

This place was perfect for my family and baby. There were 6 adults and a baby. The place had plenty of towels, baby essentials (mini high chair/pack n play), kitchen essentials. Plenty of space for whole the family. The access to the beach was Perfect, walk out the door beach front access!!! Loved all the beach essentials didn’t need anything they had it there. Everything was clean upon arrival. Restaurants within walking distance or take the trolley to the board walk. Would love to stay there again.

Location!!!!!

Loved staying on the beach. The place was clean and necessities were provided, beach towels and chairs. Unsure my daughter tried to bring umbrella but said it was broken? FYI if unaware. The sand is like surety powder and a little hard to get rid without vacuum but that’s normal over here. We had a great time!!

Vacation Made Easy

Condo and location have everything that you need for your vacation. Beach and pool right outside your door, and restaurants and mini golf are easily walkable. Beach chairs, beach/pool toys, towels, etc. all provided. Short drive to more restaurants, box stores, grocery, etc. Laid back and peaceful environment. Clean beach. Indian Shores post Elsa

Overall the room was spacious and well-supplied. There were several issues that should require the owners attention (submitted online and left in travelers signature book). Happy it was right on beach. Lost 2.5 days due to Hurricane Elsa. When asked if we had any alternatives if Elsa prevented our trip completely, we were told absolutely no refunds for `UN-natural disasters`. Not a good answer. In addition there was no welcome packet/parking pass. We were told to go to the office. It took a day and a half for someone to be in office. She then laughed at us and said she worked for PlumLee and not Turnkey. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
