clean, great beach view and great location - close to lots of restaurants as well as a few within walking distance (grandkids loved the ice cream parlour). Pool was a welcomed treat - warm especially when we had a few days really windy and cold weather to be sitting on the beach. Overall would recommend this condo.Dorva H.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this rental. For three days of our stay, there was extremely loud construction directly above our unit, including jackhammering, throughout the day. The noise and vibration were so severe that we had to leave the unit while the construction was taking place instead of being able to comfortably stay in and enjoy the rental we paid for.When we contacted the property owner, we were told that they did not own the other unit where the construction was taking place. They assured us that the construction crew would not work past 5:00 PM or during weekend hours. While we understood they did not own or control the other unit, that did not change the fact that we had paid for accommodations that we were unable to reasonably use for much of three days of our vacation.When we asked for some form of compensation for the affected days, the owner stated that because they did not own the unit where the construction was occurring, they were unwilling to offer any refund or compensation. Eventually, they stopped responding to our messages altogether.The situation became so disruptive that we ultimately checked out a full day early and had to pay out of pocket to book a hotel room for our final night just to get away from the noise. We paid for a night at this rental that we couldn't even use, in addition to the unexpected expense of a hotel.We understand that the property owner may not have been responsible for causing the construct

This condo was extremely well supplied. It was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The ocean view was incredible. It was not obstructed any way. Every night we watched the sunset. The pool was very clean and well kept. The condo was clean. The reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness is due to the bathroom in the master bedroom. It smelled of mildew. When I dropped something and bent to pick it up I noticed mildew on the underside of the toilet. Also the walk in shower had a bit of mold on the slider rail at the bottom of the shower door. I really think this was just something overlooked by the cleaning staff. The rest was very clean. I would recommend staying here and would certainly stay here again.

The place was very welcoming!! Everything was as the app said it was as far as bedding and towels. There were only 6 bath towels so we had to do laundry more than we planned on. The pictures on the app need to be updated because things have changed. Overall I would recommend to anyone and we plan on being back!!

A little dated but great location

It's an older property but it was sufficient for our stay. The location was great. Close to everything and the beach view from the room was amazing. Definitely worth the price, I'd have no problem staying again

Fun in the sun

Really enjoyed our stay. Love the pool and the easy, close access to the beach. Wish there was a ceiling light in main bedroom and more comfortable bed in second bedroom. Highly recommended. Very close to all types of restaurants.

Everything was wonderful except we booked a 3 bedroom condo as there were 3 couples going and they only provided parking passes for 2 vehicles. The 3rd couple ended up having to park in a parking garage costing an additional 240 for the 4 nights.

Our property description does state that only one assigned parking space is provided and there are a limited number of guest spaces available. If we were notified of the need for additional parking, we could've directed you to the public lot across the street that costs $20-$25/night.

I absolutely can't wait to stay again

This place has absolutely everything you could ever need in a vacation rental. This place is clean, very relaxing and stocked with all the necessary thing's you will need for a fun week of fun in the sun. Waking up everyday to that view was just mind blowing. I am currently looking at staying here again in October.

Holiday Villas 2 was such an awesome place to stay. Three decent sized bedrooms, enough for my 4 boys…all the amenities from home , it was great! Pool was fantastic…8ft on one end 4 ft on the other and plenty of places to sit around the pool will definitely stay her again!
