The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.
THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The den is open without a partition or wall. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 16.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Perfect Family-Friendly Place
This was our first vacation as a family of four and I cannot recommend this place enough. For small kids there is an amazing playground, outdoor/indoor/and kiddie pools, an arcade and more. On the day it rained on our vacation, no issue -- indoor pool. On the days it was sunny... walked right out to the beach, which I think any parent will tell you is a luxury (not having to lug a ton of beach equipment across Coastal Highway). In washer and dryer made life super easy as did the collection of kitchen utensils for eating in. We will 100% look for this exact place next summer.

This was our first family trip to Ocean City. We usually go to Wildwood, NJ every year with our kids. This place did not disappoint! There is a lot to do for everyone in the family. Our condo was very clean and pretty roomie for the 4 of us. The building has a ton of amenities and the location is great with alot of stuff to do in walking distance or just a short drive.

Wonderful for a family with kids
This unit was perfect for a family vacation with a 15 month old. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach (very family friendly location), restaurants and grocery store. The amenities like the splash pad, indoor pool, arcade, and market were a huge plus for us. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed (coffee pot, towels, utensils, pots and pans) and was easy to baby proof for our stay (not much in the way of unnecessary decorations, furniture without sharp corners, etc). The best part: reading on the balcony overlooking the bay AND ocean during nap time!

Filthy and out of order
Upon entry, the entire unit smelled like cigarettes. The primary bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and had a foul odor. There are many items needing repair/ upgrade in the unit. The cleanliness of the whole unit is well below standard. We found dried up macaroni and cheese under an ottoman. Other gross items were found throughout. The general condition suggests the owners don't care about the overall quality.

The location and beach was awesome! The condo itself is definitely in need of some TLC. Cleaning crew left used bar soap in shower. Used towel in bathroom. Coffee maker not cleaned well. Cooked French fries left in oven. Dishwasher left full of dishes. General wear n tear of condo could be improved. Loose door handle in bathroom. Balcony furniture was not cleaned and was in general on the poor side. With that being said the location and property itself was awesome for a family vacation and we had a blast. I’d be curious to see other properties in the complex to compare.

Great Management
The condo (unit 1604) has an incredible view. The location is quieter, yet close to restaurants, coffee, and is right on the beach! The unit itself is just a bit outdated but looks like it’s progressively being updated (nice kitchen). The parking garage and facilities takes some time to figure out how to navigate, making it a bit less user friendly/functional (no strolling directly to your car from the door) but once you figure it out it is manageable.
Unfortunately, when we got to the unit, we found less than sanitary conditions with the mattress of the pull out sofa and pillows. Two pillows were stained with blood. Someone obviously had nosebleeds but instead of being thrown away, they were placed back into the closet to be used again. The sofa (pullout) mattress had a brown substance underneath it. Also, the directions from housekeeping were to keep the mattress pads on all beds and only strip the sheets to be washed when we left. I found it unsanitary that the mattress pads were not washed considering body fluids, dirt etc can go through the sheets.
I expressed my dissatisfaction with Vacasa management. Gryffin was extremely kind and professional. Mary Ellen and Autumn (managers) were also incredible and worked to rectify the situation to our satisfaction.
Honestly, this was more of an issue with housekeeping than with Vacasa or the condo unit itself. I truly believe that moving forward you will not have the same issues that we did, now that they are aware.
This is a perfect unit for four individuals. However, it does have two pull outs that will fit an additional four people.
