Enjoy your vacation at one of these 2 level units located on the boardwalk. This building is conveniently located close to amusements and local restaurants and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.




This unit has a private oceanfront balcony and a second private balcony in the back with fabulous views of the ocean and bay from this top floor unit. This is a 3 level unit with bedrooms on the top and bottom floors with the living room and kitchen on the main floor. Refrigerator, stove/oven and dish washer will be brand new for 2021.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Nice location close to everything if you want a boardwalk stay. I prefer to stay at that end of Ocean City and this fits the bill perfectly. Overall I was pleased with this property.

Great location and amazing views. Most of the apartment was in good shape, but did have some issues. Downstairs bedroom door was missing a latch. Only way to keep it closed was with a chair against the door. Downstairs bathroom sink barely drained, and door handle was falling off. Biggest issue was that the place was so dusty on arrival, my wife and sister-in-law had to spend the 1st 2 hours of our vacation cleaning. Received a text shortly after check-in asking about the cleanliness. Informed them of the situation and sent photos. Was told that someone from local office would be in touch the next day. Never heard anything. Couple this experience with the annoyingly excessive communication prior to and after the rental, and I will be avoiding renting any properties owned by Vacasa in the future.

Great location lots of apace

Great location lots of space. The things that matter like the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Lots of dust and carpet needs replaced due to stains and deep soiling. No plugs in any sinks or tubs so plan accordingly with kids. Loading and unloading is a nightmare as there is not a ramp to take a cart to load. You have to travel a full flight of steps multiple times to load your cart to get your belongings in and out. A ramp would be a huge improvement! This is in respect to getting it in the building. The condo is clear about the 3 levels and those are easily navigated

First time at OC, MD. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance to the action, proximity to the beach but not over crowded. The elevator was a bit slow and the house can get a few updates but overall enjoyed our experience with the house. A few call out for the vacasa team for management issues but the house itself was sufficient.

It is and has always been a please to stay at El Capitain. We used to come down with our children when they were younger, now it is me and my sisters and this year 4 of the older girls came down. it was fantastic
