The condo has two balconies. See the sun burst over the horizon from the East facing balcony! Watch the famous gold, Ocean City sunsets turn to mauve and violet from our West viewing balcony. You can choose to go out or stay in, there is so much to enjoy. Our Condo is situated in the convenient downtown area with interesting shops, The Boardwalk and bayfishing and water sports all nearby. There is no need to fight traffic snarls.

This was our first time staying on the boardwalk, we usually stay in other parts of town. This condo was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the inlet and close to two playgrounds great for kids. The condo was clean, the layout was funky in the best way possible and the views were beautiful!

We have stayed at El Capitan in the past but this year tried a new unit and we are so glad we did. It was so clean, code on the door made it easy to not keep track of the keys all week, people watching from the deck is always so fun and our host was so easy to work with! Great Condo

This is our 3rd time staying in this condo, it has amazing views, you literally can not get any better view of the ocean sunrise and sunsets. The condo is so clean and welcoming right away as soon as you walk in the door. We absolutely love staying here and the owner is awesome and on top of everything with booking and answering any questions.

This was our first vacation and a great time to celebrate our little ladies first birthday. The condo was immaculate and perfectly located right on the boardwalk which was great. OC Vacation with friends

We come to Ocean City every year to spend time with our friends. We have stayed here several times because we want to be close to where our friends stay. We like that this condo is convenient to everything and is on the boardwalk. It is clean when we arrive and has all the necessary amenities. We like the fact that instead of keys to enter the condo the owner now gives you an electronic code to enter which is more convenient.

Very Nice

The condo was clean and comfortable. The high floor and oceanfront balcony was great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed. Oven worked well. Washer/dryer was very nice. Location was perfect right on the boardwalk. Only one elevator wasn’t the best and no ramp to bring luggage cart back and forth from car.

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. The condo was super clean and we had everything we could have needed there. My kids especially liked the matress pad on pullout couch. Great property in fabulous location!

My husband and I and our 2 children (2.5 years and 8 months old) stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and we had a wonderful stay. The unit is very large and clean. The separation of the 2 bedrooms provided great privacy, and the view of the ocean and boardwalk from the main balcony provided lots of entertainment. The unit has been updated since the photos were taken and the beds were very comfortable. Sondra sent us a packet of very detailed information a few weeks prior to our stay, which was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Sondra!

Fantastic Condo!

We have now rented this condo two times and will continue to stay here for all our trips to Ocean City. There are so many wonderful things about this condo. The location is incredible, the views from both balconies are stunning, it is VERY clean and well appointed. The floor plan (which is ideal for parents traveling with children) makes it feel much larger than you would expect. My boys love the bunk beds and you can move about at night without fear of waking up the kids. The owner is fantastic to work with. Very responsive and organized.

This condo has been in our family since the late 1970's. Our parents purchased this in their retirement. It has been a place that the whole family has enjoyed for many years. We loved the convenience of the beach and Boardwalk when our children were young. Then as they grew older we still loved the location. Now that it time for our grandchildren, we love to see the joy all over again. My husband is a Charter Boat Captain and the convenience to fishing was also another plus. We have always been happy that our parents made such a wise purchase. This condo has given us many happy memories and we are still collecting them today.
