If you are looking for the perfect Costa Rican vacation, Villas Guapinol #9 has everything you need and more for your tropical beach vacation. This beautiful third floor condo sleeps 4-6 people, located in the neighborhood of Playa Langosta, is just a short walking distance to some of the most popular surf breaks in both Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta.

Villas Guapinol #9 features two master bedrooms one with a king bed and chase lounge and second bedroom with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is an additional half bath off the living area. All bedrooms and livingroom have blackout roller blinds to help you have the best sleep possible. There is a murphy bed in the living room for additional guests or children if needed.
The living room has an extended dining room with lots of light and views of the pool and tropical garden. There is a large 36 btu new AC in the livingroom too cool down the spacious area. This property has strong and secure fast speed internet. It is a popular choice for remote working or extended stays.

The complex’s beautiful shared pool has plenty of lounge chairs where you can relax and enjoy your tropical beach vacation.

Private gated parking is available for one car for this property.

Taramindo Vacation

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and convenient to the beach, the center of town, and the venue where we attended a wedding. Our host Jenn was terrific. She responded promptly when we had any questions or concerns. We liked it so much that we have recommended the property to family and friends.

Perfect Location & Space!

We were so happy with the arrangements that we plan to go back & We felt very safe the whole time with it being a gated community! Perfect walking distance to town & beach!! Plenty of sheets & towels to change out as we pleased! The pool was awesome to have to cool off and the rooftop access to watch sunrises & sunsets was ideal!! the washer and dryer came in super clutch too! we highly recommend this place !

Best Vacation

I I enjoyed my stay immensely. The condo was perfect for the four of us. We had the swimming pool to ourselves. We were a walk away from the beach (which we walked to at least 2-3 times a day). There was a nice little grocery store around the corner. The downtown area was pretty close, too. The view from the rooftop of the condo was beautiful. Perfect for sunrise or sunset. I will be renting this place again. Costa Rica is a magical place.

Roof top patio views!

This property exceeded my expectations. It was a great location for exploring the Tamarindo area. The unit was clean and well stocked with supplies. The kitchen had everything we wanted. The pool was very clean. The true gem for us was the rooftop patio. It is exclusive for just this unit and we loved it up there. The stairs to the unit are steep and narrow and could be an issue if you have any mobility issues.

Great area.

The condo was lovely but toaster only held 1/2 piece of bread on each side, Teflon was peeling off the 2 frying pans, cheese grater was broken & some sheets had holes in them. I assume these issues were due to 2 bad years due to pandemic. There was no bbq on-site and some seating on rooftop patio would have been nice. Jennifer was always quick to respond to any issues.

Hello Linda and thank you for this review. I am happy to be able to respond with intent to improve the property for future guests any address the concerns you published. We have frying pans available to guest, 4 of which are in excellent shape, but yes there two stored in the back that did have some scratches from use. They have since been replaced, so thank you for brining it to our attention. We hope you were able to cook with the 4 other pans and other pots available. We did also repair the small hole on the corner of the sofa bed sheet set that was most likely caused due to the fold up mechanism. It tore an edge and we repaired it for you during your stay. All of our sheets, towels and pillows are relatively new, purchased less than 2 years ago, so I am sorry that you had a bad impression with that one sheet. We do keep up on our quality control, but always appreciate guests brining things to our attention. We reviewed both the cheese grater and toaster and did not see any problems or malfunctions. We are glad you appreciated our attentiveness to your requests and needs during you stay. Thanks again for choosing our property and helping us to improve.
