Península #56, has all the necessary amenities to enjoy. In the terrace area there are chairs and a table to enjoy the outdoors. This is a fifth-floor partial ocean view, full mountain view 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium.

This beach condo is located in Playa Langosta, in a gated community that offers you full services alongside two pools, three outdoor grilling areas, a masseuse on site, an outdoor lounging area, also plenty of poolside chairs. This modern vacation home comes with high-speed Wifi, cable, A/C, and concierge services.

We recommend prearrival shopping for your convenience, to cook at your ease in the fully state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, you can spend time together in the spacious dining area making every meal time an easier task. There is also a living room to enjoy your favorite movie or just take a nap before sunbathing.

For your proper rest, all our rooms have high-quality mattresses and linens. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, closet, a private bathroom as well as sliding doors that lead you to a terrace where you can relax wrapped by the beachy breeze. The second room has a queen bed and closet. There is also a private laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The landscape, wildlife, 2 residential pool areas, 2 gyms, and rooftop terrace are sure to make your stay very enjoyable. End each night with the most beautiful sunsets from your private balcony. And when the timing is right, you will see a family of Howler monkeys from your private balcony as well. We can't wait to welcome you to Playa Langosta.

The house is fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.

We came for my partners 40th birthday and this place exceeded our expectations. It was so nice to be a little walk away from the business of Tamarindo. Staying in Playa Langusta is a must for people who need a quiet place. 5 minute walk to the beach and to the shops in Tamarindo. We will definitely be back. The place was equipped with beach chairs, coolers literally everything you would need for a vacation. Comfy beds and pillows. Throw blankets. It was amazing.

Beautiful Condo just outside of busy Tamarindo

The condo is just a 5 minute walk from Tamarindo and in a lovely quiet area, close to the beach with a beautiful ocean view. It was extremely clean and very comfortable, and wl equipped. We would stay again.The off hours manager did not answer any of my calls right away, although she did finally get back yo me. When you travel for 18 hours and nobody is there for Checking-in, and the directions for accessing the apartment are not clear and manager doesn’t answer the phone, it is not a pleasant experience, which is the reason for less stars on some review points. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Family and friends Vacation

The property is amazing and definitely will be returning to Peninsula for future vacations. We were staying in another condo with friends the first week in the other building and asked Blue Zone if it would be possible for an early check-in as five members of our friend's family were arriving on our check-in day. I thought it would be easier for everyone if we could move all of our things out of the condo so they could move in. Property Manager Kelly was extremely accommodating and gave us a time to access the condo prior to check-in and store our luggage. Property Manager, Olber Torres sent a nasty email and reprimanded us for going into the condo prior to check-in when we had received prior permission from Kelly. We did not appreciate being disrespected and treated rudely for just alerting Blue Zone that the prior tenant had left a cell phone. Other than that incident we love Peninsula and Safety and Security staff were amazing.
