The host was welcoming and very responsive, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the home was not clean upon arrival. We noticed dirt throughout the house that required sweeping, and there was hair in the bathtub. The owner explained that the cleaning company was rushed and new to the property, and they did return on our last day to clean again.Overall, the condition of the property could use attention. There were several broken chairs both inside and outside, a damaged tub spout, and a peeling countertop.With a vending machine in the house that had condoms in them, it felt like a cheap motel instead of a home for a family.

The cleanliness concern was limited to a very small area of the home and was corrected within minutes once it was brought to our attention. We addressed it right away to ensure the rest of the stay was comfortable. Any minor maintenance items mentioned have since been taken care of.
